I have never had any problems with the UI and those who have reported UI problems have always been people with limited hardware (PC/Android). The only thing that seems a bit "laggy" is the new map and I'm already investigating what's going on but that belongs to 0.6 which is not yet available.
I know and I have the same HW as you (the only difference is that I have a GTX 1080) and I don't have any problems or lag in relation to the UI (or any other kind), never.
You have to have the drivers updated.
Run Ccleanner or similar from time to time.
Do a virus/malware check from time to time.
And in general maintenance of the PC from time to time.
And above all run the 64bit .exe which should work better than the 32bit one.

Ok, ive just tested the latest version, its running perfectly fine, but the previous versions were a bit laggy,
Lag means, when i click for any option ingame, be it anything in the menu or interaction with the characters, it stuttered a few milliseconds before responding.
Other than that everything was running perfectly, all the animated scenes included
In every release, I always try to check little by little all the places to see if there is something wrong with the code and if I can optimize it. It's a matter of time before there is a "perfect" balance.

In these latest versions, something is wrong with some phones. I don't know if it's due to a problem with JoiPlay or with the game. I have been confirmed that the 0.6 (tomorrow will be the public version) and unfortunately it doesn't work properly in JoiPlay either.

Unfortunately, there will never be an Android version (APK) as that would be a lot more work for me and over time I would lose a lot of quality (images/animations) if I wanted to keep to the maximum size Android allows (2-3GB). That's why I try to optimize as much as I can in order to try to solve the problems in JoiPlay.
It has only just started, not even a year after the first release. There's still a lot of story to see, more main and secondary girls, more locations, more kingdoms, more features... This is only the beginning of hopefully many versions to come.

It's almost unfair, being able to play this game for free. The animations, the desings, the backgrounds, the menus, everything here is beautifull, top to bottom. If you're into this kind of game, just like Hero's Harem Guild and many other games that just dry the life force out of you (winky face), then this one's a must.
Hey just wanted to say great game I've really enjoyed it so far, the number of girls and their personalities are great, though I do hope the captain of the guard becomes a side girl at some point in the future. I have enjoyed many of the kinks as most of them are underutilized in other games like this. I was also wondering, do you use Koikatsu for your models and animations? At first, I thought that this game did use Koikatsu but after playing the game for awhile I noticed that some of the models appear to be a bit more detailed than the average Koikatsu model I’ve seen, though I could just be imagining that. As for the Captain... In v0.6.0 (available on Patreon at the moment) something happens with her and in v0.7.0 (the one I'm currently working on) something will also happen with her. It's a matter of patience.

The difference is that I use a quite custom configuration on the characters to make them look like Honey Select but anime style (Koi). When I started the development of LA almost 1 year ago, the first thing I did was to design Lisapi and with her, as a test model, I started to configure all the options for shadows, outlines, etc. Over time I've been improving my technique so in each version I'm redoing things. For example, in this new version, I have redone all the scenes of Yuna when you meet her for the first time (better shading and lighting, no more clipping with her hood...).
Honestly the configuration I'm using nowadays I like a lot more than the default although it's not bad either but I wanted to have my own style and not leave it as default.
Oh yes, also on the subject of kinks/fetishes I have decided in this new version to separate the feet too. There are two fetishes of which I am a "man of culture": Pee and feet. So now both are separated so I can have more freedom in adding extra content to those fetishes. As for the others, well, it's all focused on the wholesome theme but there will be a bit of everything and every girl has her favourite fetish (e.g. Myra likes feet, Mara dominance, Anna more submission, Yuna pee, etc.). Also if there is any doubt about that you can always check here or in Discord the fetishes that will be included and especially the ones that won't be included.

Im only early into the game. I asking Yuna to call me Milord, it worked for the first day or two, but now she keeps using Master after the cooking event. And if I I go to the room and ask her again, she still keeps using master. Milord just seems more interesting and amusing to use over the generic master. I thought it was nice we could change it. But well its broken now ?
Ill say this tho, while still early into the game. I feel like me and the MC cant see eye to eye. I consider myself more neutral style of play, but I feel as if the MC is resembling the beta male harem protag trope (if you watch anime/manga, then you may get this) and acts like the naive justice hero type, seems to virtual signal alot. He also seems to be apologizing for very dumb things a hell of a lot. If thats whats the MCs going for (intended), then so be it. . But the girls seem to be fun, a little too forward, but im willing to look past that cause of the nature of the game ^_~. Just a littel worried . keep it at it for now. I havent met the yandere yet <3(stated in the kinks and I do have a guess who it is ^_~)

As for the MC... it seems that few people understand what I want to convey at the beginning and it is very simple:
A normal guy with a normal life (the usual, average) who suddenly sees himself as some kind of "chosen one" (he is, but he's not the only one who's going to fight the antagonist, he's not the only savior and all-powerful of the whole world, all that remains to be seen). After this, he finds himself in a place called Gold Valley inhabited and ruled by women. Imagine a 21-year-old guy in such a situation in a hentai world... Well, at first he doesn't even know how to behave, he doesn't know whether to act like an adult, a pervert, or just a 21-year-old guy. But just as my learning curve is changing, the MC's behavior is changing as the story progresses and he acts more naturally, although for obvious issues related to Yuna and the girls' past he always remains more neutral in some aspects. There is also an important factor that the MC always points out, although he never says it literally, he is quite fond of voyeurism so he can sit back and enjoy the show (just like the girls might do) and as he will always be the only man, everything related to "cuck" is left out. "Enjoying the show" = yuri.
I have to say that in all the versions I revise the intro and the first quests depending on the time I have between versions (I get one a month working many hours a day). Why? Well, for example now I'm revising clippings, scenes that are shown badly (transitions), deleting unnecessary screams (screen shaking), adding new transitions, changing the girls' presentations, and so on. That includes the dialogues and although for me I would change the whole intro and the first quests... as it would be too big a job, what I'm doing is changing small things in the dialogues, cutting redundant things, etc. You have to take into account that the intro and the first 3-4 main quests are when my writing experience was zero (6 months or so ago). That's why I always check these things because, in the end, the first contact with the game is important to know if you are interested in continuing playing or not. The new versions improve in content, dialogues, and quests but if the content of the first versions becomes "obsolete", I can have the best content in the world from the midgame onwards that won't matter if people are not able to get past the first hour of the game because it doesn't catch their attention (especially because in LA it takes a long time to have sex with the main girls, it's a mechanic to go "slowly" and build a close relationship with them).
So to sum it up: The MC over time is changing. Looks like a beta? You are in hentai wholesome and medieval world, I don't see how that word has any place in LA especially when the MC is a normal guy like you and me. Some people have even called him sjw/wk for being a normal person who just wants to be nice to girls, who let's remember have had a dark past. Everyone has their own opinion but there are concepts that get confused a lot with the MC and that's why I'm always checking things out. The MC is quite neutral because he goes with the flow and always takes care of his people like any ruler would do at that time (I guess all the characters in the Dragon Age saga will be betas/sfw/wk too which by the way is where I got the main ideas and some personalities, the name of the game is an example...).
I would recommend you to advance more in the story and take the time to get to know the girls, you will see how the MC with time changes his attitude although he will always have neutrality as he is not a fuckboi and he reflects it more and more. You will never see the MC seeing any girl and fucking her just because yeah why not or similar things like in porn/hentai. SPOILER: I emphasize not being beta/etc because in the end there are changes in the story and while he takes care of his girls they are simping and fighting for "their man" 24/7 (without being repetitive, adapted to each girls personality). That's why when I read from time to time comments that include beta/etc I think what you yourself confirm: You haven't played enough yet. That's why I check whenever I can the dialogues of the first hours because something can be wrong and make people not interested enough (there are people that if the MC don't rape his maid he is a mega simp/beta, that kind of comments I ignore them directly, they seem to be from wholesome haters huh).
I hope that in a few days you will play more and maybe change what you think and say that it is not what you expected at the beginning (in a positive way). If not, well, in time I will try to improve those aspects at the beginning of the game.

If theres development plan for the MC during the story (or some maturity), than thats all good. Didnt really want to sound too harsh on it. Like I have started to like how he interacts and messes with Maria. Guess he is learning a little ^_~

hello creator there is an error with the joiplay it says that it is loading but after 5s it closes there is no other type of dd emulator to be able to play it in Andorid?
Try deleting everything from Joiplay (the whole game I mean) and redoing the process again from scratch. It's as if it wasn't added correctly.
Unfortunately, I don't know if there are any other emulators. I know that other communities make Android (APK) versions but I haven't checked as I am not responsible for those ports.
I'm not sure what's going on. I test all versions on my phone and always work correctly. My phone is old and limited (below Android 11), it runs at a stable 30fps and takes a little while to react when you interact but all the new versions work...

If you happen to have Android 11... JoiPlay devs were investigating some library issues with Android 11 and JoiPlay. If this is not the case, maybe something weird happened somewhere and it has not been added correctly.

Hello I found a bug in the background selection for Sara
edit: Forgot to put that the bug is present in both 0.4.0 and 0.5.0
i found the bug a bit earlier as i was playing through the games i still need to catch up on and found that there was the bug in 0.4.0 and i took a screenshot to make sure i have proof, and came here to post it. I then found out that there was an update for the game and downloaded that but the bug is still there.
I've been thinking about this since yesterday and I can't get it out of my head. I have tried both versions 5.1 and 6.0 (this is the version I am finishing) and I don't reproduce the error. the image name is spelled correctly and the image exists.
When you download a new version, do you delete the old one (+ saves backup just in case) or just copy, paste and replace it? Because there are people who do this in all games and many times this causes weird errors (especially in Renpy games).
I just downloaded the version through the Itch.IO launcher. i haven't gone in to delete the old one. in case i break my game and need to roll back to an older release
edit. I have 5.0 not 5.1
edit 2: deleting 4.0 fixed the issue. guess it was loading wrong things due to a conflict maybe. not sure but removing it fixed the problem
I don't if its a bug or just the end of the content for the version. I am playing 0.4.0 and I am on the specialization quest and it's telling g to turn in tank quest welcome even though my rank is already welcome its saying I haven't completed welcome rank quest.
It is not necessary. Simply if you save in the situation you mention above, reloading that save should fix it. If it doesn't, you are one of the few who are able to make the quest go crazy. After +20 different games, I have not been able to reproduce a bug that happens to very few people... But I hope it will be completely fixed in the next version as I have put more checks at the point where you are asked to do that rank quest.
If the error still persists, you can join Discord and send me your save-file via dm and I'll fix it in a moment.
Maybe you can make the Android version cause using joiplay or another porter is complicated. And I can’t find your tutorial to play on Android. Imgur page is missing
And no, I won't make the Android version as long as emulators like Joi work. The main reason is that to always keep the Android limit (2GB) I would have to compress more and more the whole game and that's an important loss of quality and more work when there are alternatives. Anyway, there are communities that are dedicated to making Android versions but I don't take responsibility for those ports.
Maybe in the future when I can afford a host I can activate the game updater so I can make a base version and the rest will be updates, like the rest of Android/PC games.
PS: JoiPlay is very easy to use and in a few steps you have the game configured and with the same quality as PC and also the saves are compatible between PC/Android.

I'm having a bug where yuna's morning dialogue is glitched to whatever the previous dialogue time frame was. That mean I cant get her lvl 3 trust done and cant advance main quest. HELP PLS.
You will be playing with the graphics on low. There is some bug with that which is already fixed in v5.0. For those things set the graphics to high -> move anywhere outside the manor, talk to Yuna again. With any problem like this, it is solved by playing with the graphics on high.
I love the fact of how maria make very clear about the rules of consent in this game is something that make me really happy to see some kinda of "respect" ig. Super nice. Love it
Normally all the comments are talking about things in general about LA and I love it but yours says something specific that has never been said and I appreciate it. At first, I was pretty serious about making it clear that in LA non-consent was going to be punished with a firm hand (rape, extreme stuff, etc... you know). Of course, the MC has a pretty friendly and respectful attitude with the girls even though they simp for him (I've even read that the MC is the simp and also an sjw/wk... when he's just respectful lol). Yes, it is laggy, and its not a hardware issue.
My specs:
i5 9600H, Gtx 1660ti (6gb), 16gb ram.
And we both know that this game doesn't require AAA specs.

Well, for example now I'm revising clippings, scenes that are shown badly (transitions), deleting unnecessary screams (screen shaking), adding new transitions, changing the girls' presentations, and so on. That includes the dialogues and although for me I would change the whole intro and the first quests... as it would be too big a job, what I'm doing is changing small things in the dialogues, cutting redundant things, etc. You have to take into account that the intro and the first 3-4 main quests are when my writing experience was zero (6 months or so ago). That's why I always check these things because, in the end, the first contact with the game is important to know if you are interested in continuing playing or not. The new versions improve in content, dialogues, and quests but if the content of the first versions becomes "obsolete", I can have the best content in the world from the midgame onwards that won't matter if people are not able to get past the first hour of the game because it doesn't catch their attention (especially because in LA it takes a long time to have sex with the main girls, it's a mechanic to go "slowly" and build a close relationship with them).
So to sum it up: The MC over time is changing. Looks like a beta? You are in hentai wholesome and medieval world, I don't see how that word has any place in LA especially when the MC is a normal guy like you and me. Some people have even called him sjw/wk for being a normal person who just wants to be nice to girls, who let's remember have had a dark past. Everyone has their own opinion but there are concepts that get confused a lot with the MC and that's why I'm always checking things out. The MC is quite neutral because he goes with the flow and always takes care of his people like any ruler would do at that time (I guess all the characters in the Dragon Age saga will be betas/sfw/wk too which by the way is where I got the main ideas and some personalities, the name of the game is an example...).
I would recommend you to advance more in the story and take the time to get to know the girls, you will see how the MC with time changes his attitude although he will always have neutrality as he is not a fuckboi and he reflects it more and more. You will never see the MC seeing any girl and fucking her just because yeah why not or similar things like in porn/hentai. SPOILER: I emphasize not being beta/etc because in the end there are changes in the story and while he takes care of his girls they are simping and fighting for "their man" 24/7 (without being repetitive, adapted to each girls personality). That's why when I read from time to time comments that include beta/etc I think what you yourself confirm: You haven't played enough yet. That's why I check whenever I can the dialogues of the first hours because something can be wrong and make people not interested enough (there are people that if the MC don't rape his maid he is a mega simp/beta, that kind of comments I ignore them directly, they seem to be from wholesome haters huh).
I hope that in a few days you will play more and maybe change what you think and say that it is not what you expected at the beginning (in a positive way). If not, well, in time I will try to improve those aspects at the beginning of the game.

If theres development plan for the MC during the story (or some maturity), than thats all good. Didnt really want to sound too harsh on it. Like I have started to like how he interacts and messes with Maria. Guess he is learning a little ^_~

hello creator there is an error with the joiplay it says that it is loading but after 5s it closes there is no other type of dd emulator to be able to play it in Andorid?
Try deleting everything from Joiplay (the whole game I mean) and redoing the process again from scratch. It's as if it wasn't added correctly.
Unfortunately, I don't know if there are any other emulators. I know that other communities make Android (APK) versions but I haven't checked as I am not responsible for those ports.

If you happen to have Android 11... JoiPlay devs were investigating some library issues with Android 11 and JoiPlay. If this is not the case, maybe something weird happened somewhere and it has not been added correctly.

Hello I found a bug in the background selection for Sara
edit: Forgot to put that the bug is present in both 0.4.0 and 0.5.0
i found the bug a bit earlier as i was playing through the games i still need to catch up on and found that there was the bug in 0.4.0 and i took a screenshot to make sure i have proof, and came here to post it. I then found out that there was an update for the game and downloaded that but the bug is still there.
These silly bugs will haunt me forever even if we are on v20.0... It's funny though because I thought this bug was solved... Thanks for reporting it.
I've been thinking about this since yesterday and I can't get it out of my head. I have tried both versions 5.1 and 6.0 (this is the version I am finishing) and I don't reproduce the error. the image name is spelled correctly and the image exists.
When you download a new version, do you delete the old one (+ saves backup just in case) or just copy, paste and replace it? Because there are people who do this in all games and many times this causes weird errors (especially in Renpy games).

I just downloaded the version through the Itch.IO launcher. i haven't gone in to delete the old one. in case i break my game and need to roll back to an older release
edit. I have 5.0 not 5.1
edit 2: deleting 4.0 fixed the issue. guess it was loading wrong things due to a conflict maybe. not sure but removing it fixed the problem
I don't if its a bug or just the end of the content for the version. I am playing 0.4.0 and I am on the specialization quest and it's telling g to turn in tank quest welcome even though my rank is already welcome its saying I haven't completed welcome rank quest.

It is not necessary. Simply if you save in the situation you mention above, reloading that save should fix it. If it doesn't, you are one of the few who are able to make the quest go crazy. After +20 different games, I have not been able to reproduce a bug that happens to very few people... But I hope it will be completely fixed in the next version as I have put more checks at the point where you are asked to do that rank quest.
If the error still persists, you can join Discord and send me your save-file via dm and I'll fix it in a moment.

And no, I won't make the Android version as long as emulators like Joi work. The main reason is that to always keep the Android limit (2GB) I would have to compress more and more the whole game and that's an important loss of quality and more work when there are alternatives. Anyway, there are communities that are dedicated to making Android versions but I don't take responsibility for those ports.
Maybe in the future when I can afford a host I can activate the game updater so I can make a base version and the rest will be updates, like the rest of Android/PC games.
PS: JoiPlay is very easy to use and in a few steps you have the game configured and with the same quality as PC and also the saves are compatible between PC/Android.

Maybe a weird question, but is there a 'shaven' option for the girls or anything of the sort? A toggle for all or something? Just hate the look of it on 3D renders, anime or 'real' alike. Always have. XD
If I did that the game would have the same size as a triple-A game because all the repeatable events (99.9% of the scenes with the girls out of the story) would have to be adapted depending on whether they have pubic hair or not. So, in order to give variety, I choose what kind of pubic hair they have or not depending on the girl (for example Mara and Anna are always shaved). So unfortunately it's a rather complicated option to implement!
Besides, I personally like that each girl has a variety in that physical aspect because it gives them a unique "touch". I usually spend some time choosing the right one for each girl according to her body and personality :P

I'm having a bug where yuna's morning dialogue is glitched to whatever the previous dialogue time frame was. That mean I cant get her lvl 3 trust done and cant advance main quest. HELP PLS.

You will be playing with the graphics on low. There is some bug with that which is already fixed in v5.0. For those things set the graphics to high -> move anywhere outside the manor, talk to Yuna again. With any problem like this, it is solved by playing with the graphics on high.

Normally all the comments are talking about things in general about LA and I love it but yours says something specific that has never been said and I appreciate it. At first, I was pretty serious about making it clear that in LA non-consent was going to be punished with a firm hand (rape, extreme stuff, etc... you know). Of course, the MC has a pretty friendly and respectful attitude with the girls even though they simp for him (I've even read that the MC is the simp and also an sjw/wk... when he's just respectful lol).
