I've gotten to the point where there are no more things listed in the 'Signals' page, nor any remaining events for any of the listed girls - and I've gone to Dusk City at all the times of the day now to see about these new events, and each time it only gives me the option to enter Taile's shop. Am I missing something here, or is there some sort of bug preventing me from continuing?

The game is good. My problem is the button on the bottom screen is too small and because of this i need to click it multiple times just to click it correctly. I did not encounter any bugs so far, thumbs up for that.and add a button that can hide what the character are saying to get the full screen(without dialougue).

At the moment there is only one random event showing the possibility of simulating pregnancy by means of potions. Later on, it will be possible to do this with all of them, as far as evolutions are concerned it is still early.
I recently just got into it and I'm enjoying it a lot so far! I was wondering what the requirements are to evolve them threw impregnation. But other then that, keep up the good work and take your time! We don't need you getting stressed and burning out! Have a great night!
Just downloaded it, only been playing for half an hour so far. Big complaint is how awkward the writing is. It's clear the writer doesn't speak English as a first language, the extended dialogue scenes are frankly just painful to sit through. I'd highly recommend getting a good writer who speaks English fluently to go over and fix everything up.
Largely the structure, but there are quite a few grammatical errors as well. Largely, the sentences just have very little flow to them, characters speak in an incredibly unnatural way through a combination of being overly formal and unusual word choice. It could be improved by focusing on how one word or idea could lead unto the next in a natural manner, instead of just placing one after the other.

Do you mean the menus below the dialogues? I can make them bigger.
To hide, you can use the hide button in the menus below or the h button.

There is always a reduction in quality with compression, but on smartphones it is not so noticeable.
