I disagree

I just downloaded this outdated version, because steam has a problem with my transaction to buy the game.

But i can only walk around and do nothing, the 'c' button and any other buttons do not work

Yeah, TUNG is very bad and buggy. Sorry, but we aren't providing support for it.

I encourage you to contact Steam support about your payment issue.

So technically this game can turn into some kind of EDA where I can verify my design in real world. Cool, bro!

Could make a computer with this sort of stuff!!!!

(+1)

You absolutely could, and indeed many people have!

I love this game. It feels a little like learning redstone for the first time, but easier if you want to not have to deal with the world grid. I enjoyed how the only gates we have in our inventory were basicaly NOTs and ORs. I imagine that for highly complex builds, this could get annoying, so maybe a system that could compress boards into a few blocks, maybe. I understand how difficult this would be. Thanks for making the game.

Thank you so much for your kind words! I also love that TUNG's only logic component is the inverter. It means that everything is built from the simplest of principles. Zero abstraction makes the circuits so conceptually beautiful.

However, for the sequel -- Logic World -- I've decided to include more high-level components. You get built-in XOR, AND, D-latches and a few others. I thought long and hard about this decision, but ultimately I think it adds more value to the game than it removes. That said, I'm planning to have a 'hardcore' mode which restricts your logic component selection to the TUNG set.

As for shrinking/abstracting boards, I don't want to add this to vanilla. I really like that the game has you building sprawling, building-sized machines where you can walk up to every individual part. However, Logic World has great modding support, and board compression could absolutely be added by a mod.

Thanks for playing, I'm glad TUNG brought you some joy :)

I haven't played this yet, and it already looks amazing!

this game has potential and also helps people who don't
know electronics and circuit. continue to improve the game and also make new mechanics. so it would be cool if it was free but you choose. maybe i can buy if i
 save money.

the game is very good it has a unique style and I was also looking for a game like this

and finally very good luck to you

(that looks much redstone wires)

when do you expect this game to be released on steam?

Sorry, I didn't see this comment when you made it. Logic World will be releasing on Steam in February 2020.

Thank you, how much do you think it will cost?

(+1)

We are planning on $12 USD

Coming up on 2021 with no release in sight now...

Making a video game is really hard, and making a good video game is even harder. This is our first major project, and to be honest we were quite naive with some of our old time estimates. But the release absolutely is in sight. We don't want to announce a date quite yet, to avoid our previous mistakes, but the announcement should be coming quite soon.

You can check our development blog on logicworld.net for updates.

Thanks for all the hard work! I'm sure the wait will pay off :)

Thanks so much! I think it will. Logic World is a fantastic game, I'm so proud of it and I'm so excited to get it into your hands.

Thanks for letting me know, I've reported the false positive to AVG.

God created universe from big bang. Jesus say to eat him in church to have eternal life. I can not betray Jesus. God is love. God bless you. I do not have your game downloaded. I just sent feedback.

question how do you add mods to the game and where do you find the mods?

Modding requires the fan-created modding framework, which you can download and install here. Once you've done that,  you place the mods in your "mods" folder, which will be next to the game's executable.

There's no centralized place to get mods (something we should really fix). You can download a bunch here, and here's two more. There's also this guide for creating your own mods, if that's your thing.

It works great for me on Linux but I want Multiplayer for Linux too   ......   keep up the good  work

Cheers. For now, multiplayer is a fan-created mod. I believe it requires some specific steps to work on Linux. I encourage you to join our discord and ask the people there for help getting it to work.
