Sounds good, but please add a screenshot to your post like the rules say.

If you never received the automatic confirmation to your e-mail, it might have gotten lost on the way, which would explain the lack of response. Please resend the e-mail.

Also you could have said that right away.

You should probably contact support, and avoid sharing private information on the forum.

You can use the Posts section in your dashboard for that.

Browser games are already free to pay. If there are no downloads, there will be a button under the iframe labeled "Support this game". Any money you receive that way will add to your total as usual, and you can simply request payouts.

I mean the rules of this category, that say you should write a few words about your game.

Okay, but please write a few words about it like the rules say.

You created a new project, so it's being treated as new. To avoid that, next time update the page you already have.

You'd know the answer already if you had posted in Questions&Support where this belongs: you just published your game two hours ago. Please wait.

Some changes cause a game to be placed back in the review queue, maybe that's what happened here. Either way, I'll speed things up.

You should give a lot more details than that.

You posted in General Discussion.

(moved to the right category)

Your game is quarantined. That's an automated measure. If it takes much longer, see the rules of this category for what do do. In the mean time, there are lots and lots of topics on the forum about similar situations.

Sounds good, but please remind people what your game is about, and add something visual.

Don't recommend games you're connected to, it's against the rules.

Okay, but please add a screenshot to your post like the rules say.

Yes, like I said, please see the rules of this category.

Sell a desktop version, or extras, or make a Patreon and offer rewards.

No, there are no direct messages on itch.io, by design. Sorry about that. If you need to contact a game's creator, see if they have an e-mail listed on the support page.

If you also want it to be available for download, you have to upload a copy under a different name.

No, but there's a dedicated section for game mods.

Refunds are handled by support. I think you're supposed to request one within a week, and it might not be approved except for technical reasons, like the game not working as advertised. Both the buyer and seller can ask for a refund.

But this is the general itch.io community. The jam has its own here.

No, our friend is talking about a specific game jam, and you posted in the general itch.io community.

Ask your teammates. If you can't pay them, least you can do is to see what they want.
