If you never received the automatic confirmation to your e-mail, it might have gotten lost on the way, which would explain the lack of response. Please resend the e-mail.
When you send e-mail to support, you should receive an automated reply that confirms it, and gives you a ticket number. Check your spam folder too, just in case.
Ahh yes. I did receive the ticket for my email on may 6th, but there was no response besides the automatic confirmation (ticket #207793). Updated the OP with the ticket #, as per the rules.
