delete all save files except autosaves and persistent in the android/data/eternum/files/saves, documents/ixalon/eternum anddocuments/ixalon/eternum/sync directories then rename an autosave to 1-1-LT.save and it should work also before doing this back up your saves and if the first auto save doesnt work try the second one and so on and if that all doesnt work do it again but also delete the security_keys.txt in documents/ixalon/eternum
Not sure what he's talking about but my advice would be trying to load other saves, especially ones that you mad after major scene transitions since those have a higher likelihood of loading correctly.

as with every update since the very beginning, i never want it to end. the story, the twists and turns, the absolute genius cliff hangers. you could remove the adult content from the game entirely and I would still be hooked. genius, absolutely genius. bravo, brava, encore, ill suck yo dick for more. words cannot express how much i enjoy the creative nature of this story. you could write a book with this story and it would be a best seller. i cant want for the next update.
There is a basic walkthrough among the game downloads, it's the 8th option from the top. If you'd like something more elaborate, I offer a walkthrough mod and a more detailed fan walkthrough here.
If it's possible can someone, anyone make a video tutorial or something showing how to install the android(ZIP). I've been doing my best to follow the instructions through the comments but maybe because I'm slow it doesn't seem to be working out for me. So if anyone can do a video tutorial of it that would be much appreciated.

Just finished 0.7. Out of curiosity roughly how many parts do you estimate this will be broken up into? The story intrigues me enough that my brain is trying to piece together a rough timetable, some exceptions notwithstanding.
Overall a very good update though! Looking forward to seeing more, when it comes out eventually. Take your time, a good story is better than a fast story!

Yes I just did, i followed every steps , and It worked, but my only problem is as I was starting the new update, there's this bug that said "image not found" I can see all the dialogue but only black background" this bug happens in the new update, aside from that all scenes from the last update are doing just fine. hi, thats weird, harem hotel its around 11gb uncompressed and you can download it just fine through the itch app , i just checked the file thats hosted on mediafire and its around 7gbs, are u sure you cant host it here ? that would make updating the game easier
Since the last version on android, there is no saving since the game has not been updated but has been installed as another one, and is there a Russian language in 0.7 on android?
When you lunch the game it makes them for you, I guess you have to make them manually. Go to "documents" folder make a new folder name it "Ixalon" open it make a new folder then name it "com.caribdis.eternum" then "game" folder and copy/paste "archive.rpa" into it. You don't create the Documents folder it should be there.
I figured it out through trial and error and the directions mean go to your documents and their should be a thing named lxalon then move the thing it tells you to move into that and once in the lxalon you should find a folder name game and put the archive.rpa in to it.
I hope that clears it up for you even if the directions I gave you seem a little confusing.
Hi, just downloaded the game but it won't start, didn't play 0.6 bc I had a problem with saved files, but still downloaded it and was able to play a little. I downloaded the APK and the .rpa, placed this last one where it goes and updated the APK, once I start the game, it shows one image with a cyberpunk thematic and crashes. It did this also before I placed the .rpa file. Are there any solutions?

I assume that you're using Android and switched from the single-file version to the two-file version? Your saves should be in Android/data/Eternum; copy them into documents/Ixalon/com.caribdis.eternum

OIALT was amazing and i followed you making it from 0.1 all the way till it finished and it was PERFECT, but your latest work with Eternum is absolutely mind-blowing. You did it again! Are you satisfied with these wicked cliffhangers? Does it give you pleasure knowing your players will be squirming in agony waiting for the next update when something wild always happens in the last scene of the update? Because I am positively in agony and on edge, and I absolutely can't wait for the next version, this much PEAK is detrimental to my health!
Kidding aside, this was a PERFECT update, I loved it. Every scene was FIRE, and all scenes with the girls were beautiful.

It wasn't even 15 minutes in and I was already screaming my head off! I knew since 0.1 that Eternum wasn't just a game and that there was something else to it, and I WAS RIGHT! William's reveals about everything were peak, they left me flabbergasted (even though it was all praticaly just as I theorized) and now I can't wait until we interact with the Founder again! He didn't strike me as evil, so William could be lying, but then again, not everyone immediately gives it away that they're trying to kill everyone and become God like Vitiate from SWTOR was.
Also, the whole plot with the xenomorphs from Andromeda, I'm itching to see where that goes! It's really cool.
Spending time with Luna is always sweet. Also, I can guess what she saw when Annie touched her hand. She didn't seem adverse to it either...
The adventure on Ekabar was also peak. I loved doing both routes, though I ended up choosing the Luna route to be my canon. Penny's route was very endearing, I loved that eccentric clan of vampires, and I loved dancing with her! YES, SHE WILL BE MY WIFE ONE DAY!!! Luna's route was also endearing and funny! Those two werewolves made my day, I hope we get to see them again.
Also, Luna's focus was wonderful, I'll never complain about Luna. Her scene was also very good, it's cute how she shivers whenever she touches the MC, hope she's the next one to get the D 😭why can't all updates be Luna centric?
Penny's part was also great, and hot too. Her scene was peak, and I bet that supercar is gonna have to get its suspension checked lmao. And I always love to fuck valentino over, fuck that guy.
The pirate server part was very cool! I liked the vibe, and loved to see Chop Chop! I love that guy. Seems in the next update we're getting back there, and I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Also, Nova's scene was too peak. I loved every second of her part, and when she showed up in Jynx cosplay I awooga booga'ed just like Orion.
And, of course, the ending.
OH MY GOD THE CLIFFHANGER!!! THAT'S BAD FOR MY HEALTH!
I know Orion isn't gonna die, how can he die when the story is like, what, not even at its half yet? Maybe he can even die, but of course he won't stay dead and will come back probably stronger.
But still, HOW WILL HE GET OUT OF THAT PICKLE??!! It's killing me! I NEED THE NEXT UPDATE! MY LIFE WILL BE A HOLLOW WAITING GAME UNTIL IT COMES! I LIVE ONLY TO WAIT FOR ETERNUM'S NEXT UPDATE NOW!
Seriously, great work Caribdis. It doesn't matter how long it takes to update, you always keep your fanbase on edge waiting for it because it's always so peak and the cliffhangers are just too wicked to let us stop thinking about it. I love it. Great work as always.
I'm gonna real upset if that's right. I'm on a s23+ so, I figured it should be good enough to work. But, I noticed the new file is a zip not apk. I'm assuming that's what's causing the issue on my end.
itch is really annoying so if you stop the download or disconnect from the internet you have to restart the download all over again unless you use the itch app

Try uninstalling the old version then reinstalling the new one and follow the instructions closely again.

Just started the game and many images not found error, how was your experience?
You have corrupted game files, redownload the game (maybe from a different browser), reinstall it and try again.
Thanks for the reply, but forgot to read the installation instructions and all i had to do was copy the 'archive' file to the game directory.

Install the APK. Run the game wait a minute close the game, Move the archive.rpa that was with the apk to:

Sounds like corrupted game files. Back up your saves, redownload the game (maybe from a different browser) and reinstall it fresh.

I'm sad that we have already reached 0.7 and in the next year and a half or so you will have most likely finished this masterpiece and i can only hope you have plans on making another one, if not thats understandable, the two VNs you have created have been enough to cement yourself as one of if not THE best VN creator of this generation. cheers man, you've really made my life enjoyable with the stories that you have spun and weaved and now i think a lot of us a irreversibly trapped in your spiders web. damn tricky spider you XD

More than 10? Does that mean that the story won't finish at ver 1.0? Or do you mean that you will be adding extra content after you finish the story at ver 1.0? And I am ecstatic that you plan to make another VN, you have....aroused....my excitement XD.

You did it again! Are you satisfied with these wicked cliffhangers? Does it give you pleasure knowing your players will be squirming in agony waiting for the next update when something wild always happens in the last scene of the update? Because I am positively in agony and on edge, and I absolutely can't wait for the next version, this much PEAK is detrimental to my health!
Kidding aside, this was a PERFECT update, I loved it. Every scene was FIRE, and all scenes with the girls were beautiful.
So, spoilers ahead!!!
It wasn't even 15 minutes in and I was already screaming my head off! I knew since 0.1 that Eternum wasn't just a game and that there was something else to it, and I WAS RIGHT! William's reveals about everything were peak, they left me flabbergasted (even though it was all praticaly just as I theorized) and now I can't wait until we interact with the Founder again! He didn't strike me as evil, so William could be lying, but then again, not everyone immediately gives it away that they're trying to kill everyone and become God like Vitiate from SWTOR was.
Also, the whole plot with the xenomorphs from Andromeda, I'm itching to see where that goes! It's really cool.
Spending time with Luna is always sweet. Also, I can guess what she saw when Annie touched her hand. She didn't seem adverse to it either...
The adventure on Ekabar was also peak. I loved doing both routes, though I ended up choosing the Luna route to be my canon. Penny's route was very endearing, I loved that eccentric clan of vampires, and I loved dancing with her! YES, SHE WILL BE MY WIFE ONE DAY!!! Luna's route was also endearing and funny! Those two werewolves made my day, I hope we get to see them again.
Also, Luna's focus was wonderful, I'll never complain about Luna. Her scene was also very good, it's cute how she shivers whenever she touches the MC, hope she's the next one to get the D 😭why can't all updates be Luna centric?
Penny's part was also great, and hot too. Her scene was peak, and I bet that supercar is gonna have to get its suspension checked lmao. And I always love to fuck valentino over, fuck that guy.
The pirate server part was very cool! I liked the vibe, and loved to see Chop Chop! I love that guy. Seems in the next update we're getting back there, and I'm definitely looking forward to it.
Also, Nova's scene was too peak. I loved every second of her part, and when she showed up in Jynx cosplay I awooga booga'ed just like Orion.
And, of course, the ending.
OH MY GOD THE CLIFFHANGER!!! THAT'S BAD FOR MY HEALTH!
I know Orion isn't gonna die, how can he die when the story is like, what, not even at its half yet? Maybe he can even die, but of course he won't stay dead and will come back probably stronger.
But still, HOW WILL HE GET OUT OF THAT PICKLE??!! It's killing me! I NEED THE NEXT UPDATE! MY LIFE WILL BE A HOLLOW WAITING GAME UNTIL IT COMES! I LIVE ONLY TO WAIT FOR ETERNUM'S NEXT UPDATE NOW!
Seriously, great work Caribdis. It doesn't matter how long it takes to update, you always keep your fanbase on edge waiting for it because it's always so peak and the cliffhangers are just too wicked to let us stop thinking about it. I love it. Great work as always.

Tried installing new update, and it tells me file cant be loaded. Anybody know why? Im on android if that helps.
your file maybe corrupted u may need to uninstall and reinstall
I tried again. Same thing. "Can't open file." Honestly, it sucks because I really enjoyed this game.

I'm gonna real upset if that's right. I'm on a s23+ so, I figured it should be good enough to work. But, I noticed the new file is a zip not apk. I'm assuming that's what's causing the issue on my end.

Ive been trying to download the game, but the download won't finish and it keeps saying "forbidden" :(
itch is really annoying so if you stop the download or disconnect from the internet you have to restart the download all over again unless you use the itch app
