MC (should be Stacey): When did you want to do it?

It means you have already called her, so continue others storyline
I closed all the story arcs with seven characters
And six girls have the same hint? Would you mind uploading your save
Is there a difference between the PC version and the Android version?
Android version is more compressed (mostly just renders)

Hi, sorry for late response. You should progress her story further to unlock certain repeatable scenes.

Two things you can check:
1. Lina and Lily's gallery, there will be 2 scenes there if you have already passed their quests
2. Upload your save so I could check if it's a problem with hints or something else.

Her hint should have been something like this: Progress other girls, so it's a bug actually. I hope to fix it in 0.14
