GOG please. 👌

*Edit: Steam won't let me purchase it for some reason. I give up trying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That's really weird that Steam doesn't let you purchase it? What happens?

We aim to get to GOG for 1.0.

I dunno, It won't process my card and it doesn't give me PayPal as an option.

Thanks, I'll wait for it on GOG.

wow this game have changed a lot since i first saw it back in 2018 or so

This game looks fun!. Is there a chance the full game will release on Itch.io or GOG as well?. As popular as Steam is, I can't really support it in good faith. I also feel an Appimage release for the Linux version would do wonders for cross-distro compatibility and long-term playability.

Hi, this is something we have been considering, and so there is a chance this will happen, but we can't promise anything at the moment unfortunately.

Just bought it on steam (yeay, proton et cetera). Have played a bit of Hoards - freaking awesome friend! :)

Only one suggestion, under the display settings add a checkbox for: Boomer CRT effect. You know, warped corners and scanlines, yum.

Hey, thanks for the feedback and the idea. :)

Oh also an ultra minor thing. Option for Colemak-DH keyboard layout or just let the user set the hotkeys.

You can customize hotkeys in the Steam version, or did it lack some features you need?

I don't think you need Proton though since the game is native for Linux?

Yeah, that’s absolutely correct. Sorry for the confusing messaging, what I meant was that Steam is my preferred platform for purchasing games for such reasons I mentioned. Not that it turned out to be relevant as TFC seems to not be on sale on Itch as I thought at the time of writing :P

I have two ideas for this game. They might not work with the code, but they sounded at least a little cool in my head.

1. Domesticated animals. You can domesticate boars into pigs and rams into sheep! You can farm them, control them, and use their other resources (like hides). There could also be a shepherd to watch over them. To domesticate them, you could capture a few and research domestication, and boom! Pigs and sheep!

2. You know how boars will gang up on your people? Do they only attack the person who hunted them, or your whole hunting group, or the closest person? If they can attack more than just the person who attacked them first, could they kill the bad people in alpha mission? If not, it would be very cool if they could. It would probably start as just a little hack known to few, but it would make the game much more interesting.

Thanks for reading my non-sensical ramblings!

Hey, thanks for the ideas!
