Hello, I have a big problem in this game, the characters in the game are purple in color and the shape of none of them is clear, neither the clothes nor anything else, they are just a purple color that moves. This is a game bug, please fix it as soon as possible 👍🙏
This mostly because of the graphic card not being updated or weak graphic card. You can try update it to latest version, but if it still persist, then your graphic card likely does not support the game.
To get Bonfie, you need a screwdriver. Buy it from the shop in arcade mode, and then go into a game in arcade mode. Take the right door and go into the staff room and on the table is the screwdriver. Go back to your office, hold space and use the screwdriver on the vent, and keep going right and you'll eventually reach the arcade room. She should be sleeping at one of the arcade machines. There you can unlock her scene.
Its likely something to do with that the special has more stuff in it that your computer cant handle. Try lowering your graphics and maybe also your resolutions.
Since my computer has 2GB Ram, the Robots in the game are pink in color, is there a way to fix this? All of a sudden, the game crashes while entering the xxxmas special.
Recommended to have minimum 4gb Ram to be somewhat able to play. The pink is because of your graphic card either not updated, or not supported for the game.
You can always just buy more/better RAM cards - cheaper than buying a whole new PC if yours works well enough for everything else you do. If you're on a laptop I'm fairly certain you can do the same, but you need to keep an eye out for the particular RAM cards that laptops use, as they're different from a desktop PC. If it's your graphics card that's the issue, then yeah, honestly it's better to just buy a higher-spec pre-built than try to upgrade a badly-outdated rig.

They probably made it for incase its to easy to escape from them. If you lock both doors right when they are chaseing you, they will go to the kitchen to reach the hidden door to your office. You can use that info to cheese them into your office by having the robot stay at the office, and distract them. They will go the long way to it, so you will have plenty of time to do your chores. Its a easier strat to use to farm money in the harder modes.
The windup bug seems to only happen for the itch.io version, but it should be fixed for the 1.9 update. To use the mask, you must equip it from the player menu first. Its purpose does not have much use of it yet, but one unlockable scene can be gained by hiding in the room to the left of the office when power goes out.
You can get it now on Patreon, but if you wanna wait for it to come to Itch, you gonna have to wait till Patreon gets the next update version. Itch gets the next update available to them about a week after Patreon.
Do you have a secondary monitor plugged in? Unplug that and it should help. If that does not work, you might have some broken files in the folder, so try download a fresh one and extract. Also make sure the folder isnt blocked by anti-virus software, since there is a chance that the files in the folder gets deleted from a false positive scan of it. So try whitelist the folder and maybe also its location its extracted to.
When next update for Patreon is released. But likely a week after Patreon got a update. For now, there has ben no news or announcement of it on Discord or Patreon.
Its not complete. There is still night 2, 3, 4 and 5's story that needs to be made. They also not yet finished with the xxxmas Special. Probably in a couple of years its going to be done, but untill then, its not complete.

Might be your computers graphic card and/or processor thats old and not able to run the game. Game sadly dont support low end computers or laptops. So if you cant play the game, you might need to consider getting a better setup.
What are the specs you use for it? GPU, CPU, and what Video and memory ram is on it? Im just feeling a hunch you have better then a normaly low end pc has.
I dont know if mac is well supported, so i could be wrong but it could be the reason it does not run it.
But just to be sure, what are your GPU, CPU and Ram and Vram? You can get a clear info about the GPU and its Ram and Vram size with dxdiag I ask this because your Graphic, Processor or your overall memory on your Graphic card and your laptop might be to low to handle it.

I believe that the problem is you computer and not the game, what kind of computer do you use does it have a graphic card and enough ram ???

i have a msi mac laptop and it was fine before. not so much now. and before you ask, Yes i tried deleting it and reinstall it.
