ROBOBARBIEEEEE HELPPPP!! So, I have played through all of the routes, collected almost everything, and done Quest's route about a million times. But I can't find the one picture in Quest's gallery between his mugshot and the one where biglady is joking about two2 not tipping. I swear I have literally done everything possible and tried every weird combo of dialogue. I can't rest easy knowing I haven't completed Quest's route (only because I am a try-hard and I love him so much)
Ps. Do you think you will ever consider making an onion route? I read his wiki and I think it would be a really interesting DLC or add-on.

sdkljadsdskjl so I binged this entire game on my day off, and wow. I'd heard good things so I expected to enjoy it, but I didn't expect I'd enjoy it as much as I did! There's so much love and effort that clearly went into the telling of this story--in all aspects--and I wanted to thank everybody involved in bringing it to life.
First, just... the method of telling the story, mostly through Discord-like channels and video chats? It's a cool idea, and it was done so well!
The art was lovely, too! I love all the characters' designs, with an art style I really enjoyed. And on top of that, so much cute fanart from so many artists? So. Cool. It's fun to see the same set of characters in so many different styles. Like, I know Bloomic is a story-within-a-story, but I'm a fan!
I know less about music than about writing or art, so I don't have as much to say about it, but it was good! I don't always play games with my headphones on, but this one, I did and I'm glad I did.
Speaking of sound--the voice acting!!!! Asklfjslk. Another thing I'm very hit-or-miss about in games, but it was so good here!! Kudos to the voice actors for making the characters feel even more real!
And the writing! Asdlkjfdsfklj. Again, so much care went into it and it shows. The characters felt very real. Quite human... even [spoilers], in a way. Even the more minor characters had a lot of personality and I never got mixed up about who was who (after the first 2 minutes, lol). I love how they had their own distinct ways of writing, too--from more casual to more formal/grammar-conscious (onion) to salo's adorable old man way of typing. I would absolutely play a route for each and every one of them--aside from SocietyBoy, obv--platonic friendship routes for some of them, ofc.
Speaking of routes... I legitimately can't pick a favorite. I'm having trouble trying to rank them at all. Every one of them made me grin like an idiot, and every single one of them had moments that gave me bigtime dokis. Every LI is a delightful, nuanced character with flaws and strengths and so much charm. 10/10, would marry all of them. I love these characters SO much and I don't even know any of their names, lol
...I guess if I *HAD* to pick a favorite character out of everybody.......... Cat. Obviously. I mean, for starters, they're a cat, and therefore start with a +1000 affection points bonus with me.
But anyway, I really enjoyed the themes of this story, too. From making meaningful friendships on line, to the fear of life changes. The latter one actually hit home pretty hard rn--I think I played this game at the perfect time. I've been thinking a lot about my job situation--wanting to make a change that will make me happier in the long run, but paralyzed by fear of change. So your game was like a comforting hug. Thanks for that. I hope that wasn't TMI, but just wanted to let you know you had a good impact on somebody.

Oh my god, this game is amazing!! The "discord" interface feels so real! I have to keep reminding myself it is fictional because the chat room feels so realistic, I forget these aren't actual people texting in real-time. I swear it feels no different than my other discord servers, it's almost uncanny how easily I find myself lost, chuckling away at chit-chat everyone is having. That aspect alone makes this game deserve 5 stars, outstanding work.
AAAAAAA My h eart cannot handle this. I've only done two endings, but aaaa oh my god that was adorable. I have no words, this is too cute. I cannot Wait to go find all of the other endings <3 aaaaa
I got a bad ending by accident. I thought I was doing so well and it all just fell apart. I got good endings for the other three, but I cannot put myself through that again to find that good path, ;-; just can't it hurts too much. I hate how much of myself I see in him, I got way too attached to all of them and now I'm stuck here unable to stop crying. Hah. Guess that means the writing of this game was just that good, huh? Didn't know this game was going to send my heart through a paper shredder. Should've expected it would, but I was too confident in getting good endings. Fuck, I can't begin to imagine how any of you 100%ers manage to do all the bad endings. I would never recover, I can't even bring myself to look at any of their bad-ending walk-throughs. Enough of me rambling, I am going to cry myself to sleep cuddling my cat now. ;-;
after a good hearty cry, I did manage to make everything right again. And now I am crying again, but this time they are happy relief tears. Again, amazing game and a brief heartbreak aside I'm incredibly happy to have found it. :')

Also if you're having trouble with trying to get bad endings, try getting onto their route, and maybe like midway through start choosing choices they wouldnt like.

when youre in the call with nightowl the night after he told u off, reject him completely
for quest, tell toaster and nightowl that you're afraid of quest, and afterwards reject quest
for xyx... idk be bad at tongue-twisters and take every option to push xyx to do something he doesnt want to-- like the zine
for toaster you should just fail at his game he made when he was 17 and forget the things he told you, like the buyout and his work!! and make sure to choose all the wrong choices for bloombot too!
just got all (but 1) ending after playing for 12 hours stright 100% my fav dating sim now ( def 1 or 2 fav game ever) super awesome and I struggled to step away from my screen! I absolutely adore the characters and their back stories! The voice acting was super good and the over all look, style, and feel of the game was so perfect. Understanding the controls was super easy and the game itself was pretty easy to understand and enjoyable. I don't particularly have any big complaints and I just found this game super awesome and for sure a fun game to just sit down and play

As someone who has played a lot of visual novel, Blooming Panic was on my radar for a long time; on a whim last night, I finally downloaded it and I'm so glad I did.
Originally, I had been a bit apprehensive. I put off playing it because the set-up, the premise kind of gave me...some anxiety? It's hard to describe it in a way that doesn't make me sound dramatic but as much as I love visual novels, I'll sometimes get myself in such a state over choices in a game; combine that with the server style BP takes anddd....Yeah, let's just say I often chickened out before I could commit to actually playing it through...
Some people might think I'm silly, others might understand where I'm coming from but regardless; I needn't have been so afraid.
All the routes, across the board, were... ughhhhh so sweet and endearing. One of the updates originally said that nightowl's route was pretty rushed before the completed version, but you wouldn't guess that reading it now.
The art? Gorgeous. The guys? Also gorgeous. I loved every second of it and my only regret is that I didn't give it a try sooner. I'll probably keep coming back and replay again.
The characters felt unique, but down-to-earth; complex and yet, relatable. I particularly empathised with Nightowl and Xyx in a lot of ways.
I'd like to continue gushing over what a fantastic visual novel BP is, or how much I regret not downloading it sooner but I stayed up all night, pouring 11 hours of my time into it and frankly; I'm knackered.
so...yeah. If you like visual novels and exquisite art, you'll enjoy it.
10/10 Would come back to group therapy for more replays in future.
Alright. I started at one in the morning, ended at like 7 or 8 in the morning. Got the true ending, and all good endings of all characters. (I haven't done the bad endings yet.. too scared to see them all sad yet)

Honestly I was so obsessed with ALL of the characters and all of the side characters as well! the art style was so cute and I really liked the story too! I also liked all the music too. But... after all the work... we didnt even end up finding out ANYBODY'S name even after the true ending.... like... ummmm....... EXCUSE ME???
Like my ass did not just work for like 8 hours straight just to be told by some dumb ass discord bot "umm srry to interrupt guys but stfu" and we just never ended up knowing??? ummm...... WTF!!!!! I think the humor was really good too. I was lowkey expecting Quest to do some discord mod gag meme where hes like "hey kitten <3" "can i see your t-toes?" but it was kinda funny how he just ended up being a pushover and called us an angel.. and for toaster idk he was just hot and nice and i liked how they all loved you. (i havent touched a human being in a long time)
So my first playthrough, I did xyx first, and holy shit there was way more conflict in quest's route... A discord mod who went to jail for five years?!?! And your annoying little shitty ex-bf who stalks you & doxxed your online discord mod bf?? And inside night's route he just told you and onion off and was like "FUCK YOU AND FUCK YALL KYS KYS KYS!!!!!" and then was like "s-s-s-so.. umm tee-hee umm.. are we d-dating now..? even though i told u that u suck balls last night cause of my accusations??"
My favorite was probably uhhh... all of them??? tbh just sandwich me between them all or just blend them all together and I'd be happy. I liked how night would dote on you and call u cute, and I liked how xyx would tease u (which i usually FUCKING ABHOR) and call u adorable. I like how quest would call u angel and stuff and just try to idk??? I dont have the fucking brain for this.
I did kinda cringed at some parts but that's probably just cause i just realized Im bisexual and I was flustered throughout the entire game (used to think i was lesbian before lmaooo) so I was like "omg.. umm... wow ummm men omg... ummmm wow umm men wow" BUTTTTT it was so fucking funny at first cuz xyx was blowing me kisses and I just had my jaw wide open from his BRITISH ACCENT AND HIS GOOFY FAKE VOICE OMFG...

I would like to say: Big shoutout to the creators!! i really liked the game, the mechanism is good, the art is original, the story is good. The only thing I missed a LOT is a female dateable character. I mean we have many good boy characters in romance sims but where are all the great strong female characters to slowly fall in love with? I think it could also bring in much more people into playing your game, like lesbians or other Saphics UwU Other than that great game.

This was awesome! Every route, every ending, the art, the voice acting, just everything was amazing. I enjoyed all the writing in this game, it was very fun to play while never making me lose interest. It was nice to just look at the different outcomes of every option, whether I would choose the option or not. I loved the true route's outcome though I won't go into spoilers here. Honestly I was hesitant to do the bad endings, that's with any game I play, but I actually really loved the bad endings. They were able to be very emotional, especially with the after stories. The pure distraught from every bad ending was shown very well. I actually liked them for once. The after stories for the good endings were very pleasant too. I always like seeing the routes' future, whether it's good or bad. I also loved every character including those who did not have a route. June was a favorite. Thank you and everyone who worked on it for all your hard work. Can't wait to see any future updates!
I just realized I forgot to comment about the music. I was very surprised to hear the music when I first opened the game, in a good way of course. It really added to the game. It's definitely something that I can sit down and listen to. Which actually happened a few times when I wasn't playing the game. 10/10

Honestly I was so obsessed with ALL of the characters and all of the side characters as well! the art style was so cute and I really liked the story too! I also liked all the music too. But... after all the work... we didnt even end up finding out ANYBODY'S name even after the true ending.... like... ummmm....... EXCUSE ME???
Like my ass did not just work for like 8 hours straight just to be told by some dumb ass discord bot "umm srry to interrupt guys but stfu" and we just never ended up knowing??? ummm...... WTF!!!!! I think the humor was really good too. I was lowkey expecting Quest to do some discord mod gag meme where hes like "hey kitten <3" "can i see your t-toes?" but it was kinda funny how he just ended up being a pushover and called us an angel.. and for toaster idk he was just hot and nice and i liked how they all loved you. (i havent touched a human being in a long time)
So my first playthrough, I did xyx first, and holy shit there was way more conflict in quest's route... A discord mod who went to jail for five years?!?! And your annoying little shitty ex-bf who stalks you & doxxed your online discord mod bf?? And inside night's route he just told you and onion off and was like "FUCK YOU AND FUCK YALL KYS KYS KYS!!!!!" and then was like "s-s-s-so.. umm tee-hee umm.. are we d-dating now..? even though i told u that u suck balls last night cause of my accusations??"
My favorite was probably uhhh... all of them??? tbh just sandwich me between them all or just blend them all together and I'd be happy. I liked how night would dote on you and call u cute, and I liked how xyx would tease u (which i usually FUCKING ABHOR) and call u adorable. I like how quest would call u angel and stuff and just try to idk??? I dont have the fucking brain for this.
I did kinda cringed at some parts but that's probably just cause i just realized Im bisexual and I was flustered throughout the entire game (used to think i was lesbian before lmaooo) so I was like "omg.. umm... wow ummm men omg... ummmm wow umm men wow" BUTTTTT it was so fucking funny at first cuz xyx was blowing me kisses and I just had my jaw wide open from his BRITISH ACCENT AND HIS GOOFY FAKE VOICE OMFG...
Also, this is probably just me but I kinda wanted biglady to become a secret route.... yk????? it could be like mystic messenger (korean romance game) where you have all the main male leads and then the hot chick!!! or maybe just add a new female character in?? yk???

i got xyx' bad ending on the first try and it BROKE me. it made it hard for me to go into my final route (toasty's) blind LMAO I DIDN'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN AGAIN!!! it was my only bad end (thanks to the walkthrough for reassurance on toaster) but sob... xyx is a bit too relatable. note to self: be bad at tongue twisters..and defend people's boundaries..
also the kazoo(?) version of the theme song is the best thing ever and it's all i want to listen to

I would like to say: Big shoutout to the creators!! i really liked the game, the mechanism is good, the art is original, the story is good. The only thing I missed a LOT is a female dateable character. I mean we have many good boy characters in romance sims but where are all the great strong female characters to slowly fall in love with? I think it could also bring in much more people into playing your game, like lesbians or other Saphics UwU

Anyone know how to acquire the bad endings? I don't want it to end badly or anything lol, but I want all of the endings to be unlocked, also I am a BIG toasty fan and I absolutely adore the ending with xyx <3.

This was awesome! Every route, every ending, the art, the voice acting, just everything was amazing. I enjoyed all the writing in this game, it was very fun to play while never making me lose interest. It was nice to just look at the different outcomes of every option, whether I would choose the option or not. I loved the true route's outcome though I won't go into spoilers here. Honestly I was hesitant to do the bad endings, that's with any game I play, but I actually really loved the bad endings. They were able to be very emotional, especially with the after stories. The pure distraught from every bad ending was shown very well. I actually liked them for once. The after stories for the good endings were very pleasant too. I always like seeing the routes' future, whether it's good or bad. I also loved every character including those who did not have a route. June was a favorite. Thank you and everyone who worked on it for all your hard work. Can't wait to see any future updates!
I just realized I forgot to comment about the music. I was very surprised to hear the music when I first opened the game, in a good way of course. It really added to the game. It's definitely something that I can sit down and listen to. Which actually happened a few times when I wasn't playing the game. 10/10
