Other developers I know do it and really helps them to localize bugs, mistranslations, and get opinions in general. Also it's a great way to announce updates since not everyone checks itch.io every day.
Yea I figure content and bugfixes are more important than perfect translations, so I don't see a need to give a bunch of corrections when it's generally readable.
