It's from the extra pack you can purchase but it's not available on the pc.

Working on updating the web version at the moment. While not all of the hand items, it will include some of them (as well as a bunch of other stuff).

Anyone else thinks it looks like the breasts are a bit bigger and pushed up?
It's probably from the new update or the extra pack you can buy. If you're playing on a pc, the extra pack is not available and the app hasn't been updated for the pc yet.

I'm currently working on an update for the PC version so hopefully that will fix. If it doesn't I'll look into it some more after I release that.
