If I remember correctly, you should meet him first in the Malediction class (either on Wed or Thu you can check it in the guide) After the first event there would be 4 events which happen in the library, forest (lunch) , kitchen or garden, some requires you to play truant. Honestly, just choose the option that seems pleases him the most and lengthen your conversation. After you finish 5 events you wont find him anywhere but worry not, it still leads to his success ending.

The latest time you can accept his invite to "have fun" is around Tuesday. Make sure to have Astrology and Crypto in your schedule, ask the professor about Bugbears in Crypto, its very important.
For an easy way to start it, go to a class and if RNG is nice to you click on his profile if he's there, if not just go do it normally. Then skip the next class ( You only need 4 Bad, quickest way is to be in Bellatrix and select 'Be a delinquent' til you get 4, each time is 2 Bad points)
Continue to stack up Str, you can do that til mid Wednesday latest for the next event. In astrology class its fine if you don't see his profile, just click the - pic, if the prof says smth about midterms you've triggered his next event.
After all that, try to meet up with him as much as possible, in the forest, in the kitchen, infirmary, bath and arena. You'll get to Crypto on Thursday, then proceed and after that things should be going swimmingly! WISH YA LUCK! ( do tell me your reaction after getting it :>)
How on earth do I get bugbear's ending?? I keep getting past speaking to him in class and then I keep hitting a point where our conversations stop progressing and I can't do anything else. pls help I've tried three full attempts and still nothing
HOLY CRAP I WONT SPOIL ANYTHING BUT MIGHT I SAY BUGBEARS ROUTE WAS AMAZING! I'll admit I had pretty high expectations of their ending but MAN, it just blew it all out of the water!! I highly recommend his route for anyone who loves a bit of horror ^^ <3
hshshsh idk if it's much help, but you should accept his offer and stack up on strength !! you also need to go to one of both cryptozoology and astrology classes with him !!

Im not so sure but in after u meet bugbear where you stole food and another event he tackled u. you need to go to 1 random class and u will see his icon it will say something about midterm after that bugbear will appear and just say yes that u interested in him ask about everything and make sure u got 10 strength to ask about the smile question. u need to do this before the cryptozoology class. then when u go to cryptozoology class choose bugbear( I got the choose bugbear choice in cryptozoology a day before Friday )
just a small little note for bugbear's route: the smile question is NOT required! if you're unsure if you have enough points for his success ending then by all means stack up on STR for it, but don't worry if you don't have enough for it, i got his success ending without it :)
I maxed my str and asked all the questions + pushed further on them but when cryptozoology class comes up there is no choice but to go to bugbear nor does the teacher ask the question TTT-TTT is it a matter of chance???
