This game is so promising. The gameplay seems unique and I've been wanting a proper superhero vr game for a while. can't wait to see where this goes in the future!
whenever i open the game, whether through steam vr or not, it boots in non vr. is there a way to stop this? (im using the steam version on oculus quest 2)

I tried this on my index but I couldn't figure out how to get past the main menus. Is there a way to play on index because I have heard a lot of good things about this game and would love to try it.

downlpad the itch.io version, run the exe and connect your oculus to your pc via a link cable, and also i think you need to press alt+enter the first time ypu open it

Yes it does through oculus link, I'd have to try kt through virtual desktop though, but basically download the exe, run as administrator and press alt+enter to get into vr mode

When would said update be? I have too just tried it with airlink. (I do not mean to sound impatient btw) I also have tried it in steam vr with the quest but it still doesnt load I would assume its the same problem as the quest

This has to do with Index not having a system button like Vive does. I have Index support ready for the next release, but Index is not supported by this prototype.

While there is a reason the Steam version may not work, the itch.io version may simply be too old for Quest 2 to run properly. You'll have to wait for the new version.

This game should be on side quest you can upload any side quest game and it can be accepted so we don't have to have a PC please make that happen

There won't be any "versions", just one game playable however you want.
Is this compatible with the quest 2 + virtual desktop?
Compatibility with Quest 2 seems to be questionable at the moment, but it can work.
Can you make an apk version of the game for sidequest???
No, you'll have to play the way it's meant to be played.
I couldn't get past the menu screen - none of my buttons/triggers were recognised (I'm using a Rift S). Tracking and the Menu button work fine though.
On the menu, you have to actually touch the buttons with your hands.

There will be a Discord server when the next big update comes out.
Native Quest support is unlikely, but I'm open to the possibility.

Try running the .exe directly.
Every time I launch the game it crashes within 2 min {I am on rift s} do you know why?
I've heard this before but I don't know a solid solution. If you can find relevant information in the crash logs, that would help.

They'll be in the Saved > Logs folder.

I've heard the game doesn't play nice with Quest, could just be that.
Will it ever be possible to mod the avatar? Like using a new model? Naturally I think you know exactly what the #1 choice would be

Yup, this seems like a game-breaking bug that's currently happening. The game just won't boot up in VR mode for anyone.

Have you tried starting the game from SteamVR itself?
I have, but it doesn't show up in my steamvr library, so I was only able to start it via my desktop.
Might be a problem with SteamVR itself, quite a few people are saying it stopped working. I'll look into it.

It’s just random. It might be my pc specs

Graphics Card: 1050 TI 4 GB
Processor: I5-11500
Ram: 8 GB
I’m also using ALVR

I tried it with oculus link, it stayed open longer but it still crashed.
Don't know what else it could be, unless you can go into the game's folder and read the crash logs.
Also, this prototype is really old, it could just not work on Quest 2.
