I went into the shop and talked to Sammy, but now I can neither talk to her again to ask about the rod, nor leave, and I just saved after the initial talk with Sammy.
The game is planned to be non linear, so skip option won’t fit. The saves will be compatible for the future episode so you can just update the version and keep playing

It won't be long before the next EP will come at the end of this month or next month..who knows, the more systems, the more time it takes. When the player encounters a problem, he must solve it and return to play as quickly as possible. It's an encouragement to keep doing your best.

Episodes are just naming for the new builds. Episode five ends when you get the house, and episode six adds the date with Naira and quest With kitty to the game.
The issue seems to be with some devices, as we can’t catch this bug on our ones. Also you may reload the last save (first slot automatically rewrites each time you sleep) and try again - it helped some players.

Just played the Christmas special, the background music is really good! And it's not just the Christmas special, now episode 6 has great music in the background! The background music is awesome! Look forward to the next episode!
When purchasing the game to get the extra episode, do you get the next one early when it comes out as well? Also, it's a small detail, but I found that some of the English seemed a bit off. It would be nice to see it revamped a tad so some parts are easier to understand. It's a beautiful game though, with a diverse range of personalities that makes it so there's a favorite for everyone. And I defiantly plan on playing the following episodes. I am a bit unsure though on how to play previous chapters. Unless the game is all encapsulating and the title for chapter 5 is there at the beginning just to let us know the most recent update.
As the time needed for new episode is at least two months, we obviously won’t be able to finish it on to this date (as there’s less than a month since we begin the work). However we keep actively working on it and finish it in near a month. The episode will be added as a main game episode with its own location, quests and a lot of cool content.

Home quest isn’t mandatory for it. Are you using the save file from previous episode?
