I think that because when they integrate a new character (anna in ver xxxx) they put it with 100 lp and 50 kp because they have no events, but in new versions they add events (the events establish the LP max and KP) I think xd
because I have verified it in the previous versions that I had saved (hanna in the xxxx version lets me put it at 100lp but in the new one at 60 and I already finished all its events

There should be an icon when you talk to her if you haven't confronted Blank yet. I'm pretty sure that the police path and vigilante path are mutually exclusive, so if you've already resolved it through the P.I., then you can't convince her to talk to the police.

I'd hold off on starting the new playthrough until 20.5 comes out. I tried out the police path on a save I had from when she was telling me about it, and as far as I can tell, it got me to the same point, just in a different way. Blank was out of the picture, and Alexis and you see the news on TV.
If there was another event after that, it's possible that I missed it. I don't recall having seen any pop-up or change in her story tracker, but her KP cap was different.

2. You can only use the "talk" option once per character per in-game hour.
3. Some characters have their Kink Points and Love Points capped until you get to a certain point in their story.
4. The two most likely causes I can think of are a) you're trying to give out multiple gifts in the same in-game hour; or b) you're trying to give a gift to someone while they're at work.
So no, I don't believe most of that is due to a bug.
Kylie usually gives the cookies on the MC birthday or christmas. Yandere lowers up to -5 as long as you eat the cookies in front of her, and I have had it also drop -1 when she gives them . While this can be useful, it is less so at a very high Yandere. Would be more helpful if Yandere instead lowered through interactions with Kylie
That happened to me, too. I think it's a bug, based on the fact that I had pretty much the exact same thing happen to me with Lexi. Did the message feed say +-40 KP?
EDIT: Turns out that this isn't a bug. She got a new LP cap in the update, and that's just how the game adjusts it.
I actually bought this game on steam not knowing it was on itch.io and on that version there’s no nightclub or gym or anything outside of work, home, park, and the shops. So I don’t know if there was an update that was put on this page that wasn’t put on steam or what but it sucks because I wanted to play the entirety of it.
Steam is garbage and I cannot think of enough rotten things to say about them and anything that has their logo attached to it. Look for a non-Steam version and chances are, it might actually run without BS registration or spyware.

but in version 19.x.x , it stated that anna's max lp can get to 100 after date at pub , but in ver 20.x it stucks at 60 ?

The 20.3.2 patch is blocked at the kyile flirt event. I was stuck there and upgraded the 20.4.1e patch

When she asks what you are, you have to say she is yours. Then her kink points will go above 60

I Have Seen That Now The Main Character Can Talk About Only One Subject And After That The Option To Talk Disappears.
Aletta And Few Characters DP Don't Increase Even After The Main Character Gifts Them A Sex Slaves Story Book.
Sometimes Giving Compliment And Gifts Option Doesn't Appears On Other Characters Even If The Main Character Meeting First Time At Day.

You need to have them both at a high enough KP, LP, and Lesbian. I wanna say 30 KP, as high of an LP as you can get, and 50~ish Lesbian, I believe.
