Hi! We released our first game but it isn't showing up in search.

We have double-checked the guidelines and everything seems to be ok.

Also, we emailed support but received no response.

Can anyone help us?

Thank you

Your game is quarantined. That means it triggered automated measures for some reason. Someone should have looked at it by now. Please contact support.

Thank you. We raised a new ticket to the support, hope they check it asap.

Since we are new to the platform, can you please explain why the game has being quarantined? Can be the zip file, maybe we should protect it with a password?

I don't know, sorry.

At Itch, the recommendation is to upload the games in .zip and never set a password for them.

If you protect them with a password, you make it impossible for them to be reviewed and it can be interpreted as wanting to hide something, for example malware.

There is no documentation or clarity about what triggers a quarantine, precisely so that people with bad intentions cannot cheat the system.

Any update by chance?
