still no payout ans still no response from support

I contacted support but I did not get an answer. My last payout request (ID:  135324 ) is stuck in "in review" state and nothing changes.  Weirdly enough, during the "normal" 14 day waiting period, I was asked to re take the tax interview. Could that have interfered with my payout and created some chaos?  I am pretty confused.

I got a problem now.

Some hours ago, an itch admin threw baseless accusations at me, took away my capability to submit anything to future game jams and he deleted every submission of any game jam I joined.. 

Including this here and one other. I really would like to join this bundle. But now this happened. I tried to talk with the guy, but he told me I needed to speak with the customer service. I do not know how that will go down. .. 

But now, due to that mod deleting all my jam submissions, I got a problem and I need your help. I talked with the other bundle jam I currently participated in. They told me that I can make a forum post listing everything I had submitted. And they told me that they would add that to the bundle when they will compile the bundle.

Would this be possible here, too? Sorry for the blunt question. I do not know what I can do else. I am panicked. I really would like to participate in that bundle here.. yikes.

As I already told beth via discord. Today I got a message by an itch.io mod, where I got accused of doing things I did not really do. As a punishment, that mod took away my possibility to participate in future game jams.  And he removed all stuff I already submitted to game jams. 

I asked beth if she could help me by putting my stuff in the bundle manually, and she agreed and told me to post a list of my submissions here. This is what I want to do with this post.

30 Minutes ago, I got a message by a mod called leafo where he accused me of "spamming" my projects into multiple jams where they did not belong.

And due to this accusation, he apparently punished me by taking away my possibility to participate in any further jams in the Future.  

This accusation is NOT true. I did not Spam my project anywhere.  For the most part , I used jams to participate in bundles 😰 just as the creators of the bundles intended. I never submitted anything  against the consent of the jam creators.  You can ask anselgames and others.  For the most times,  I was put in the bundle related to the jam. I never got disqualified..

And if the accusations of me being a Spammer would be true, they would not have put my games into their bundles. 

These accusations are totally unjustified.  I always used the jams exactly as the creators intended.  Nobody ever complained to me about anything.  (Some jams did not select me because they just select a limited number of people. But I never abused the System. For the most part, I am even friends with most of the jam creators where I submitted stuff, on discord.)

Thus, I humbly request to remove that unjustified  punishment from my Account or at least turn it into a temporary punishment instead of a permanent. 

(I promise, after that horrible incident now, I will never again join anything official from the itch admins.. no matter if I Think I am allowed to join or not.. I never want to repeat that horrible experience again...)

if you Think I violated a rule, then its my right to know Which rule I broke. And which game jams actually complained about my submissions. 

According to your accusations, apparently,  multiple game jams complained about my submission. Which ones filed a complain against me? 

In almost all of them, my game was put into their bundle. So, I do not see why my submission is considered "spamming" now. 

I submitted my project just because that was the best game I ever Made. And I did not see any rule which would make this game not fit into that jam. 

I think its very unfair that I get punished for that now.

I think it would be a good idea to have a possibility to group related products. For example that when people look at the metadata for a game, they can see "this game is a continuation of that game, it itself has this continuation. It was also adapted as a comic/book etc."

This seems to be ok. I do not see this in any of the 2 other game jams. (Which is great because personally, I like your games.) 

So, this can stay. (Unless another mod finds something I overlooked.)
