I'm impressed with the amount of polish you managed to do in such a short time in visuals and game feel.

Well-made, fun, and a great connection to the theme. It was satisfying cutting through many things at once, but if you're going for as few dashes as possible it seems like the best thing to do is to only walk around. I would have liked to see a score system with a multiplier that increases for each enemy hit in a single dash to really reward the player's patience. Overall a great job though!

Nice game. Just a simple addition of resource on the map made it essential to manage the positioning of yourself and the horde, which became quite challenging. I don't quite get the theme interpretation but I had fun anyway.

Enjoyed the cutscenes and the moving map. I struggled with the game mechanics a bit, however. It was hard to understand the consequences of spending my mana on a given turn.

A fun little puzzle platformer. Simple but very enjoyable. I wish there was more content!

Definitely enjoyed this one. Was pretty tough but got through all the levels. I think the difficulty was pretty spot on for a challenging playthrough.

Great submission. Excellent sound effects. Absolutely deranged that my mans is going round carrying the loot in his stomach. Had 349 points at one point but got caught by a red trap into a blue trap :(((((((. Had to switch to a "less is more" mindset and finished with 205 on my second attempt.

Nice lil' stealth game with a great theme connection. It's fun to see just how slow you can get by filling those pockets up.

Great submission! I loved managing a big army and it very much fit the theme to be upgrading by reducing our overall numbers. The art was cute and overall solid gameplay. Enjoyed all the way to the end.

Very chill, very good-looking. I know you didn't finish the gameplay loop entirely but you pretty much showed everything within the tutorial so I got a good idea of what it would look like.

Nice vibes. I liked the dynamic music especially. I found it a bit tricky to figure out what was going on but I did manage to get to one of the proper endings.

It's decently put-together and everything has an okay feel to it, but I wasn't hooked enough from the start to go very far with it. I played a few days in and bought a few ingredients, actions, and cooking methods but I didn't unlock any recipes and my hands were already getting sore!

Very simple but it's good to properly scope yourself like that for a game jam, and you managed to release something playable and not too bad really. Keep up the good work.

Actually a pretty fun little game. Lots of juice and effects, and it felt great wobbling and wriggling my way upwards. Only managed to beat the first boss a couple of times and got a high-score of 2227. Don't know how good or bad that is in the grand scheme of things but from the screenshots it looks like there's a even lot more content than I managed to get to. Great stuff.

It took some getting used to but once I got going this was a really unique puzzle game. I think I managed to soft-lock myself off the top of the screen in room 4, though. Your instructions on the page helped a lot as I did not understand what the lights on the doors were supposed to represent until I went back and read that. It was quite satisfying completing the challenge of getting that door open once I had all the pieces, however! Great job with this game.

Very immersive, great job on this one! Managed to get 2 endings. I just wish the runs lasted long enough to make the upgrades feel like they made more of a difference. I found the gameplay mechanics quite intuitive after playing around for a little bit, despite comments to the contrary. There were some bugs too which you've listed under known issues, of course, but the overwhelming impression I get from this game is one of very good quality.

Congrats on getting a game submitted for a jam, especially a multiplayer one. I found it quite difficult to control my ship due to the turning sensitivity, although the brakes did help slightly. If that's part of the challenge then maybe zoom the camera out a little so incoming projectiles don't blindside you. Apart from that though the game is competently put together on a technical level and the multiplayer worked smoothly which is well above the bar for a first attempt at multiplayer. I didn't manage to complete the game but maybe if I had more friends I could have BIG LOL.

This was a great game. Getting used to controlling yourself was a lot of fun and having to plan ahead from actions that really let you feel the weight of your craft was enjoyable.

I thought breaking the world down into delineated sections of refuel points was a good idea. It's like setting up your own checkpoint system for flying up higher and higher, and gave a good sense of progress. I admit that I didn't manage to finish this one but I thought the art and effects on the environment were good too.

I do tend to enjoy text-based adventures and this game was no exception. Very funny writing throughout. I got "the basic ending" on my first run-through, and I had a save from before I went to the sound stage but after I left the director's office. I don't think that was far back enough to change my fate, unfortunately. I haven't gone for any other proper endings yet but I did do a quick reset just to experience that first-room death. Great submission!

This was good! Competently put together, especially for a game jam. Boss fight was probably the best part. I believe the boss's attack patterns lent themselves well to the strategy of finding an opening to stand still and shoot.

Nice game! While the various melee attack eyes were simple to deal with, the orange eye brought another level of gameplay out by having to stop and think at least a little bit. You have to make sure you can get that horizontal line quickly before you enter its area. I must admit that I immediately felt exhausted when I finished returning the first repair kit and realised that each subsequent backtrack would be longer than the last, but apart from that this game is very solid and professionally put together especially in the art department. Good job getting that level of polish on a jam game.

Difficulty was very high, but I managed to push through to the end so you must have done something right to keep me playing it, although that did mean the ending of plummeting down infinitely was a little bit of a disappointing reward. The art was not bad, and the controls worked great. Just a little more total fuel would help a lot because it can be annoying to just clip the corner of a platform and end up bouncing backwards. Then you know you have to restart the whole thing over because you haven't been efficient enough. Competent game overall though, the mechanics worked great. Congrats!

Sorry, tried my best to give this game ago but couldn't get it working. I visited the IP address and eventually got connected to a game but couldn't move. I clicked the Allow Keyboard button on the top left and also tried fiddling about with permissions in my browser but couldn't get anything to work. I even tried cloning the repo to run it myself but didn't manage to get the 2 tabs to connect to each other. If there's any tips you can give to get me up and running I'd be happy to come back and give you a fair rating.

Yeah, that's fair enough. It works quite well as a discoverable mechanic. It was one of those nice little "aha" moments when I realised the palette wouldn't be able to fit more than 3 colours but I needed green for the jade.

Yeah that theme announcement sure did hit differently for people from the UK. Good game, great flavour. I like the art, especially for Boris Johnson himself. Found the controls a little difficult; I wasn't sure how the air movement worked when releasing the left/right keys since sometimes I would keep my momentum and the other times I'd stop dead. I'll be generous though and assume that's a metaphor for Brexit.

Nice game. You've got the look and feel down great. I breezed through the puzzles quite easily, but I enjoyed seeing  the watercolour style art each time I coloured something in. I also seemed to be able to mix colours before the game "unlocked" the ability at the fountains? That is unless the voice was just advising me.

Good atmosphere here coming from both the music and the need to scan the horizon for movement between the dark trees. Unfortunately I did pitifully and only rescued one survivor while my impatience led me to shoot the others as soon as I saw a distant flicker, haha. Maybe I just subconsciously  enjoy the Wilhelm Scream too much. Congrats on getting a cohesive game out while learning a new engine and working as a teacher.

Couple of quick and easy tips for next time, if you don't mind me saying so: Lock rotation on the surfer so he doesn't fall over. Also look out for height differences between the planets; I'm pretty sure I came across an impossible jump at one point :(

Didn't manage to complete this one as I managed to fall off the world by jumping all the way off the left of Dimension 1 ;_;

I did think the idea of looking for clues was good though, that kept me exploring for a good while trying to apply the secrets I found.

An indicator to tell me what dimension I'm currently in would be handy, it was a little hard to keep track of while also trying to remember the clues. Also the camera felt a bit odd. Maybe the damping or the lookahead is too much?

Congrats on starting out with game dev though! I hope you continue working hard on learning Unity.

Cool game. Really enjoyed the flavour. Some of the horizontal moving obstacles like the birds and asteroids were a little tricky though, especially when you're only just accelerating from the spawn point. I might come back and get some better times once the leaderboard gets a little more populated. I also might call myself something other than "brazil," I don't really know why I did that.

I know it's unfinished, but you've managed to implement a few mechanics already so I reckon you should continue to develop outside of the game jam now, see how far you can get. Also the graphics aren't too bad. Best of luck to you.
