I'm not good at it :-(

Got this:

abort("both async and sync fetching of the wasm failed") at jsStackTrace@https://html-classic.itch.zone/html/9864639/SpamOverflow/Build/SpamOverflow.fram...

Looks cool though! I would have loved to try to play it!

Fun! The assets seem a little mis-matched, but the game was fun and it's interesting to see what kind of speedrunning techniques there might be. Cool interpretation of the theme!

I like it! I'm not sure if there was more to it and I missed it, as after I stretched to try to match the size and hit space, nothing happened.

Definitely feels Foddian, didn't get much further than 500m. Interesting game, good luck in the jam!

Took a sec to be able to tell what's an obstacle and what's the background, but other than that it's really fun! I got to 100-something points, I like that you can control how hard the game is more or less by choosing how fast to throw out your laundry. Good job!

Thanks so much!

Thank you! I’m glad you liked it!

That’s a good idea, I should add some instructions for the controls on that intro screen. Thanks for the feedback!

Good job, that’s a very respectable time. I’m glad you enjoyed the game!

Thanks so much for the review! I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Gecko vs Pirahnas

Geckos aren't good at swimming. They're pretty good at scaling walls though...

Fight through angry pirahnas underwater in a desperate attempt to save your beloved Axolotl girlfriend in this unique atmospheric action platformer!

Nice and polished!

I'd make the respawn time shorter, especially with how easy it is to die in some parts. Also, for some reason the game did not work with my Xbox controller, and I had to play with a keyboard. Very fun though, the artstyle is great! I have to wonder if he is really trying to "help" all those crickets though, or if he has different plans for them...

This is quite fun! The snake coming around to help you is a unique mechanic I don't think I've seen in a game before, and the gameplay loop is fun and there's a surprising amount of stuff here for a jam game, could definitely see myself returning to this to play some more. Nice work!

Really enjoyed this one! The levels were fun and just the right amount of challenge, the art style is a good example of doing more with less.

A really weird thing to notice but like, the poses of the characters were really well-drawn. You really squeezed the most out of the simple little designs, I'm very impressed. This was a lot of fun.

Pretty fun game! Weirdly enough, reminds me of that Flash game on the lego website back in the day, where you'd run away from the alien and jump over lego blocks (for Mars Mission)

I got to 110m, I really like the artstyle! Good job!

In HTML5 build:
Uncaught SyntaxError: import assertions are not currently supported.
The game is stuck on the loading screen.
looks cool though!

the pointer is a little wonky but I like the artwork and the theme interpretation!

I got an error

- "Cannot read property 'Build' of undefined"

Thanks for the feedback!

The theme was what originally inspired the whole game, but I see what you mean. I'm glad you enjoyed playing!

Thanks for this! I’ll give the game another go now- only using this as a reference if I absolutely have to.

Thanks for the review! You’re absolutely right about the oxygen- I wanted to encourage players to try to complete levels quickly (hence motivating them to run on the walls instead of swimming) - but the timer is so slow that actually suffocating is very rare for most players. I’m glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks! I did spend quite a bit of time on it, yes. Good luck in the jam! I’m very glad you enjoyed it :-)

ok, well I hope you enjoy! Thanks for the comment!

Oh no! I've been trying to fix those clipping issues, if you send a screenshot I could try to patch it for future versions. (IDK if I'd be allowed to change the game since the jam is already done though)

This was really fun!

I finished in 16m 35s with 40 puter saves lol. This is one of my favourites I've played so far from this jam!

Enjoyed this a lot! Unfortunately I was stuck on level 6 same as the other commenter, not quite sure what to do there.

I had a difficult time starting the game, I pressed "o" but nothing happened.

It says "Do you want to go deeper", when I hit "yes", I'm shown credits, then a cutscene, then after the cutscene the only option is "quit"

Is there supposed to be more to this game? Because it feels really polished, I like the art and music and the character feels good to control.

It made me FEEL like a fly

I think this does not comply with the rules, as it seems you have a deleted comment from over seven months ago and no github repository

Very interesting use of the photographs as game elements. Unfortunately there is a bug that prevents me from seeing the platforms sometimes.

Blud thinks he's VVVVVV

JK, this is pretty cool, I like the level designs, very challenging.

Fun game! I scaled twice and suddenly everyone was shooting at me lol.

Fun! A bit like vampire survivors mixed with tower defense games... some more strategic depth than VS but plays similarly. I got to wave 9 with 13400 points.

Fun game! I really like the artstyle, it's very pretty. This is pretty good for your first game, good job!

For the life of me I couldn't get this jump, so I guess this is as far as I made it.

This was an experience for sure. Reminds me a bit of that cake-making game on purble place. I enjoyed it, I can see there being an audience for this sort of game, nice work! The artwork and music are very nice, and the gameplay was laid-back and fun.

Wait, I forgot about the Itch app.
I reckon it means that someone used that to download the game? Since there's no option to download the source code on the page?

Does this mean that someone downloaded the game's source code?
I don't think this is linked to people playing the game, since the game starts as someone clicks on the page each click will be the equivalent of a gameplay, very curious what this download statistic means.
