me after seeing the art for my first time: why tf does that look like ai art?

There's no AI art in the characters (DAZ) or ship and space and item renders (Blender)

Some computer terminal screens are AI and the 2 landing sequence screens on Tenaris is AI. 

Everything else is rendered and 3D designed by me

AI is imho currently worthless for achieving a consistent art look

Having trouble unlocking Moira's gallery images.  I got the second image in her room but not the first one.  I wonder if it is because I advanced her uniform and krell toy quests before trying.  I made a new save to test and was able to see the first room image after buying one drink and then the second the following day. You may want to check the criteria for unlocking those gallery images to see if they can be executed in a more predictable way. (edit: I forgot to mention that her SLU does not increase)

In both my saves, I can't unlock her gallery image in the medbay.  It just keeps showing her meeting with Vee.

Regarding the med bay scene, the guide is incorrect.  I encountered the scene at 17:00

I love this game, but with all the time I put into unlocking the whole gallery in 1.2 just for it to be lost next update, I unfortunately will be dropping it. The pod and multiverse cube doesn't do it for me and I hope you will find a better solution to make saves compatible in future updates. Thank you for the good times though!

The save game thing and it's workaround during incremental development sadly are as they are for tech reasons :(

understandable, i might jump back in when its completed to enjoy whatever is left :) if you could make a game start point from around the end of 1.2 that would be really awesome!

I can't figure out why i can't buy weapons or a shield.  What an i missing here?

Hello yv0751 please translate the game into Russian. The Princess and the Tower is a translation of the game, as I understand it, it is not official. And this game is in demand on torrents. I really want to support your work, but I only have access to steam. I am sure that if you release your games on steam, you will be able to attract a very large number of new players to your games. That being said, the game code is not prepared properly for localization (I'll do that with my next game). I still have to learn how to do that and will run a few experiments so I am prepared for the next game.

Uh, click on the a gray square at the bot customisation screen, its in the middle left most side?

Can't I pack it? in bot crate?

You can, that is done at the cargo stasis terminal under bots

how do I get the precursor map fragments?

Complete all three levels of the precursor site (three visits per site). the third core has the fragment

Regarding the game Space Journey X  , what are your plans regarding Netorare(NTR) and sharing(MMF), is there any chance of this happening with MC, for now or in the future of the game? I ask this because I'm not a fan of any of them and I'd like to know before I download and start playing your game. Thank you for your attention

It's good to know that there are still DEVs who make games without NTR or MMF sharing, because 90% go in this style and the rest of the people who don't like it there have nothing to play. Thank you for being one of the few and since that won't happen I'll be sure to download your game and play.

From the walkthrough:

  • Pick up the shield at Nav Point 50, equip it and deck it out with cloaking AddOns (same you use for the Cargo Compressor)
  • Fly next to the Biolab, deck out the Argus System Fully (100% Output)
  • Assemble the Infiltrator and put it into active lab storage (not in cargo stasis!)
  • Spend a night near the Lab
  • The Infiltrator will proceed to the Lab overnight and she successfully installs a virus
  • The following morning you notice disruptions in the Lab and two ships fleelng. You can either intercept the Loot Ship or Quexnor’s ship

Awesome game, was a lot of fun going through it and the story is compelling so far.

Did run into 1 thing that could be made a little more clear which is the lab terminal where you can send to bots to stasis or the arcade, took me about 20 in-game days to finally notice the text in the topleft corner, as my smooth brain just filter it away as "decoration" so maybe make that a little more pop-out so its easier to notice it.

And last, some suggestions i think would be nice for the game; (I'll see if you implement them or not in future updates :D )

1. In Krell while walking T'Ris it could be fun if some Krell asked if he could Pet her or if MC asked if he could pet his pet.

2. When doing the public walks it could be fun of having the crew member do a small show or tease.

3. For combat having the main gun preselected every round to save on clicks, and just have to select the torpedo when i want to use that. (a loot all option would be lovely too instead of having to move over to grab the loot, maybe as an unlockable ship upgrade)

4. The option to open Statis Pods (Bots) from the bot creation menu, i often found a few and instead of opening them first i went straight to the lab...

5. A place to see your Bots displayed, although i assume something like that would be in the future updates in the arcade itself.

6 For Cargo, a option to Sell All materials (With a conformation) would be handy, also such an option for opening bot crates and similar. (I just don't like clicking more then would be needed)

BUT, keep up the progress, cant wait for how the story shall unfolds.

Thanks for the suggestions. A number of them (loot bot, sell all, ...) are planned for future versions indeed.

The top left text comment i don't fully get. The bot manager option is in the terminal tab and also prominent in the configurator tab. maybe i'll have a look at the ui once more.

In any case good to hear that you enjoyed the game!

I was hestitate about this games style but the gameplay was awesomely addictive. Does anyone remember that old web game with the land ships with trading system, this game reminds me of that so much

Glad to hear you like the game so far. I lifted the engine maintenance system from an old game like sun dog. The rest is Elite like, though less complex.

Version 1.30 will be publicly released end of may.

There is an investment opportunity for ~9mil credits that says investors get access to scanning hardware in their labs.  What exactly does this mean?  I don't notice anything when I activate or deactivate this investment.

In V1.20 you get the "BOT Analyzer" option in the lab where you can compare two bot stats

In V1.30 you get additionally a detail components overlay for the packaged pod bots in stasis
