This was a fun read. Somehow I got 36 out of 32 points. I’m quite happy I was able to do it first playthrough because I was intentionally playing how I think an empathetic surgeon would actually act, kind, understanding, and cooperative without directly compromising his morals.
Essentially if you appeal to him enough throughout the game, in the final chapter when he's asking you if you'd like to stay or leave you opt to stay and then accept his request to have a drink with him. For me this got a confession scene
Sixth time is the charm I guess. (Thankfully I saved in a good spot) Super well written and honestly so much more fun as someone who does want to be a surgeon.
