I quite like this story! There's some things about that the MC can have some legal issues since before meeting that Roman, but is acting all innocent (???) OKAY- Maybe it doesn't make sense, but let's just say that I like the story! And well, the rewrite is in progress, soo!~ Looking forward it!!
it'd be nice if there was an option to exhibit more of a all-cops-are-bastards attitude, especially when meeting the detective one-on-one
like, i'd very much remind him (during the call and/or in person) that i asked for a lawyer and there's none present. i know declining the offer to meet doesn't fit the plot but i'd like to at least be difficult and unwilling haha
There is a rewrite happening for this WIP. While the meeting is necessary, I will try to include some more ACAB choices for fellow likeminded people and your mcs.
Really enjoying this so far! Roman is so intriguing early on... One small pronoun issue I noticed - I have both my character's and Roman's pronouns set to they/them, but get this line in their first meeting in the cafe:
They start to count their change and Roman's gaze settles on you again. "Hold onto it for her order," They say.
