The license metadata say it is CC0 (public domain) but description say "This asset pack can't be resold or redistributed even if modified.". It is unsynced
If you are about metadata (which of CC licenses match with the description) the answer is no one. All of the CC license (currently in itch metadata they are the only available licenses) all about sharing... Your description is enough license but so I would just delete from metadata CC0 because your intention is not CC0...
