dev version is quite buggy and does just entirely break sometimes however this could also be an issue on your end, especially if you're running from source code (also you posted this 10 days ago so idk if you've sorted it out by now. if so ignore me)

It's just a blank screen and when I click or press a button a message comes up saying Clangen.exe is not responding. I'm not sure if I should just wait longer or download it again. If you know what OS your computer runs on (windows, mac, linux, etc), then download the file that corresponds to that OS. This google doc might help you out more, and if it doesn’t, ask in the discord server.

I was thinking that maybe they got corrupted and deleted, so I went to try and remake them, but when I typed in their names in the "Create a Clan" menu thing, it was like "You can't have two Clans with the same name". What should I do? Should I uninstall and reinstall the game? I hardly know anything about coding, so I've been playing it casually. What should I do?

Updates aren’t guaranteed because the people working on the game don’t get any money from it and are just doing this for fun. Monthly updates are just what they aim for.

I'm assuming, as each time it loads for me, i just get a black screen where the menu should be. I've tried waiting, but it just remains a black screen. When i try to close/reload the tab, it gives me the "changes may not be saved", meaning the game is there, its just hidden behind the black screen and it won't go away.
This happens every once in a while. It worked fine for me on a different device, then stopped working after two days. Im not 100% if its broken or not, but it most likely is!

If you are having trouble with downloading Clangen (And you've received the note from settings that starts of with "Clangen cannot be downloaded etc..." go into SYSTEM PREFERENCES, when you get there go to SECURITY & PRIVACY and there you'll find the Clangen (Hopefully) where it gives you the choice to continue the download anyways or discard, click continue and in your apps list you'll see a starry cat-like app that is jumping up and down. (Meaning it is loading) which will then take you to a loading screen (I think, or the main menu) and then bam wham yes ma'am your in CLAN GENERATOR C: [I hope this helped people out! Have a great rest of your day/night]

You'll want to download one of the Windows versions. I saw in a previous comment you were struggling with downloading, though. What kind of errors were you getting?
Hi guys! I have never worked with this game before, but I got so excited when I saw videos of it online and wanted to play it so badly! But, for some reason, my Dellcomputer won't allow me to download it, and I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?

Multiple created Clans will not interact with each other, and I highly doubt that this will be in the plans, as that seems like it would be incredibly complicated, if not impossible, to code

Go into settings and info, there's a fullscreen toggle in the top right. It'll close your game, but when you open it back up it'll be in fullscreen

“Hello! Currently our online version only has one contributor working on it and they’ve run into some roadblocks with it. We know the online version is possible, and if they are able to make it work with an updated version, we will make a post! Thank you!”
