If you are having trouble on android use SOLID EXPLORER in the app store, and use the new installation steps. If you followed the steps, and the game is broken when you load in it is most likely the file manager you are using. I couldn't get the game to work using my OG file manager, but first try with Solid Explorer, and it works just fine. Credit to EfyrAethylla for the solution.

You have to relocate your old save to the new install. So save it in a different location, so it does not get lost or overwritten, then do the new install. Once that is complete, move the file into the new save folder.
Btw, i use cx file explorer to do all that. Also, VERY IMPORTANT!!! keep a back up save somewhere else. I did not do this, so have to replay the game. That means I have to relive the tragedy. Save your saves, so you do not have to relive it as well.

Quick question (I'm a bit too impatient to figure it out myself). I've been trying for a while, but I can't figure out how to unlock the last two characters I'm missing.
You need to redownload the game. The "OSError: Couldn't find file 'video/intro.webm'." part is saying that the intro video isn't in the files. I'm assuming this is where the game is crashing? This normally happens if the game is extracted incorrectly.
Fixed it. Instead of moving the "game" folder from the android download into the app directory, you need to move all 3 folders from the pc download into the "files" folder in the android directory.
i came to this game thinking it was not complete but i guess it was a full game but not full game it say wail for next update not going to see that happen but hey cant say nothing it got a great story. mechanics you don't get to see in other game and music on the opening screen was great to and one thing i think this game can be a great game like on Xbox . ps4 or ps5 and switch with out the sex oh plus it be a great anime to cuz it funny and sad and ecchi be great anime well that what i have to say if you get what i mean ps if there a update i be downloading it so cant wait if there a new update that is

There already is. It is called a XApk, but it requires a different app to install. The standard package installer can't install them.
