I'm experiencing an issue where the keys on the actual creator only move left and right; When I load the game, the arrows seem to work just fine in the menus, but when I'm in the troll creation screen the cursor is just stuck to the ceiling and I can only move to the left or right. Is there any way I can change or fix this? It's like it automatically goes up and no amount of pressing up or restarting is changing anything about it
I'm not sure if there's any way to fix this, or if it's even a fault of the game or my laptop, but my keys have a tendency to get stuck moving in a direction that I hold for too long which is normally fine because I can press the key again to get it to stop, however it happens a lot in this game and sometimes it doesn't stop moving in that direction even when I press the key, and I have no choice but to re-launch the game to get control back which is tedious. I don't know if there's any way around this but it's a shame...

no you cant. it isnt in numbered order. someone i know is currently having to work on this for the benefits of many of us who use the app over on this server, which isnt ideal :0
downloaded 7zip and I tried to open the game and it won't open for me. Looked in the comments and it seems like everyone's problems ended after getting winrar but I couldn't find it in the microsoft store. Not sure what I'm missing but any help is greatly appreciated TwT
Hi! winrar isnt in the microsoft store, its a program you can download online! id honestly advise you look up a tutorial for it on youtube though as the website is rather old and thus a little difficult to navigate in the world of fake download button ads. also probably use an adblocker, hope this helps!
I love this game. It rocks. However, the Arsces sign is missing. When you input red, Derse, and Life, it gives you Taursci. If you could add it I would really appreciate it, and so would my dear girl Arisen.
EDIT: I found the sign, you just can't navigate to it automatically. It's sign 22, so I think maybe it was just swapped with Taursci.

Hello!! I'm so sorry for the late reply, but I did figure out how to solve the problem. Instead of using winRAR, I used 7zip and it worked fine! Hopefully yours worked as well.
Hey there! I have a lil suggestion for different body types if thats okay! Would it be possible for different types like centaur bodies or something of the sort too?
I'm kinda curious about something. Would it be possible at all to add some kind of setting that could allow for certain parts to be moved up or down a layer? There are some clothing and accessory options that don't quite fit with other clothes and accessories because the layer that they are on is either above or below the clothes when it could be on a different layer.
Hello, I am once again back with another suggestion. I was curious if you could add options for hijabs, as someone with muslim ocs I can't make them since there's no hijab options, so I would appreciate if you could add those, thank you for your time!
After the last update there seems to be an issue with resetting things to their 'default' position. So far its been for all three tabs, but only for loaded characters (not if you hit new troll). it just gives this message, then crashes and loses all progress.
this might actually be one of the most indepth online character customizers ive seen, even if youre not intending to make a troll character... and i can also make sakura chan So 10/10

i love the variety but how do i save my troll D: ?
If you press esc key a prompt will pop up in the upper left corner, there you'll find the option to save and load your trolls.

Where can I find the zip version? I can only find the rar file which doesn't work on my computer
you'll have to install an unzipper like 7-Zip, I'd recommend following this tutorial here: https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-open-rar-files-mac-windows-10 and that should be able to unpack a rar file into a regular folder for you :3
