Not sure if you've gone through this, and that's why you're capable of writing the whole depression plot, but I struggled with it for years and obviously these aren't the types of games that you expect to get choked up while playing, but the dialogue when you're dancing with Lindsey really hit me.
I think it was the combination of having that dialogue paired up with something as innocent as having a girl in your room for the first time, but regardless, even if you haven't gone through that, I want to thank you for writing something accurate to the experience. I'm sure the majority of people won't read it, considering the genre, but I did and it moved me. So anyway, thanks again.
Weird bug: Beginning of day 4. I interact with Flora in the bedroom, get dressed, but everything else from there is broken. Everyone has disappeared. Everything I interact with gives me random responses like "Already threw up", "I never had a chance", "There's so many people here", "I hope the little girl doesn't see it" . I can't open any door beyond the house. It just says stuff like "Everytime I go inside, I end up where I started". I didn't make a backup save. Is there anything else I can do?
Well damn. Who the hell wrote that mission. Great ending, but could have been a bit more imaginative with the responses when interacting with objects. They were all completely random responses that were irrelevant to each object I was interacting with.

I wanted to ask whether there is a problem with the mac download, as I have redownloaded many timed but the game randomly crashes all the time, especially when I close full screen. Otherwise, great game!
ok so, im supposed to be doing the new quest, but when i check unstarted quest it tells me that there are no quests avaible or that some quest have prerequisites that have not been met in my playthough, i did every other quest and since this quest is about Isabelle i think all routes i took were correct, is there something i can do other than "chapter select"? also there is an error when entering gym while doing newest nurse quest but it can be ignored.
You might've found the answer alrdy but if you told Isabelle to calm down earlier in the quest where u abduct the cat you get locked out of the new quest.
the stolen hearts guard section doesn't work for me, no matter what i do it just says "Waking the guard up with my flash drive sounds like a blast" even though the guard isn't there.
it'd be pretty cool if when the game was fully finished you could get a 0 sex scene version for free where the jump scares are inevitable (maybe less quests as well) or pay money for the nsfw version
also, after forgetting to save and having to the haggis quest, I got stuck on when I made a bet with Flora? the guide just kept telling me to Flora the desk after I did it, shooting mad hoops with the world didn't fix it, and neither did giving Isabelle the book about manners.
My personal (barely educated on the subject matter) guess is that it's something to do with variables that are always "saved" in the system, but I'm no professional so it's like a 20/80 chance I'm right
The walkthrough is a little outdated. Some of the older missions' guides aren't as polished as the others, and some of the information doesn't apply to the newer versions of the game. Plus, more recent missions are completely missing from the guide. Will it ever be updated completely?
I keep seeing images of Isabelle in a red skirt, but I can't figure out how to get that. I've jump from V1.19 to V1.25 and haven't found any way to get that outfit
So uhh, I managed to soft-lock myself because I was looking for the nurse, but I drank the strawberry juice. Now I can't leave the nurse office because the game said I need to check in with her but there's no nurse there lol.
A question about the version numbers: I see the game is in 1.25, so does that mean that it's in post-release beta and getting content patches? Or are you still finishing story lines? Is the game 'beatable' in it's current state?

the version numbers are indeed a bit confusing! i joined the development team a year or so after another chance was first released, so i couldn't really tell you why they're labeled that way.
as for the game's current state, it is still in early development, with updates at the start of each month! we are reaching the end of the first chapter, and there are four planned in total — one for each season.
although, despite the small file sizes, another chance does have enough content to keep you busy for a while (5-6 hours of playtime, maybe? but that's just an educated guess)!
