I like the game idea and aesthetics. Great use of the jam theme too. I'd make it more interesting by making more complicated intersections. But overall great job!
This is honestly a really cool game to play for fun; I really loved playing it. As a Jam game, it's pretty awesome to spend time on. If you plan to scale this game up to make a fully p[olished and complete game, then there are definitely many points to polish.
