I like the game , it may be a bit to easy to cure them with the hospitals but the fact I dislike is placing buildings on the road and water. Besides that I like it.
Great idea, not sure how it works though, I currently have 20,000 dollars, no deaths, 210/210 population and nuclear pwoer plants everywhere. How do they get sick?

There is 1/100 chances to get a sick person, but then if you're not careful it's spreading rapidly (just by contact).
So if you're lucky enough you won't see it before a long time, but if you're unlucky malad stickmen sometimes appear in the first seconds of the game.
