Extrach the zip file with "The Unarchiver" Application. It's on App Store for MacOS.

you press the download button that is next to ur computer's icon then unzip the game and open it.

can't find the "floppy minecraft.exe" file
Just extract the .zip file and run the .exe file, That should work!
if ur're in a box/cave then u can place a block inside you and it will give you Xray or just make u fall out of the map even under bedrock.
