i cant believe we still have a community here. its been almost half a year since this game was released, when vents didn't even make sound when you opened them. when skeld wasn't thing. And now, we turn the project upside down and make the same game, but from a different view point. As a crewmate. And through countless of comments (oh my god there is so much) and through 165 days, (or whatever it was) we are nearing that goal. however we still another 236 more crewmate comments scheduled through out may and June. so buckle up, because we have some complaining to do.
i know i said i wasnt come back until july, but i got board.
uhh heres my hypothesis
for crewmates
if your playing as a crewmate, the voting system will be very basic with press that and this happens techniques. so say i vote red, every other bot will vote red. basically whoever the player votes, everybody votes.
klopity will also have to turn colors into a actual gameplay value if he hasn't already. Which i doubt he hasn't, as whatever color you are, no other bot is.
for imposters
for the imposters, its not so simple. the easy way though is to use sus points, but apply the points to all bots, and give each bot a division, but that would mean a more developed ai for the bots. the easy way to do this is have three different types of the same ai. such as skeptical, who would take actions as a much higher sus point value. and also maybe forgiving, who would be less sensitive to suspicious actions. and the in-between would be the default system used now. if this is implemented, it would most likely be used for crewmate mode too.

super good game! however, please let the kill, sabotage and vent be able to control by buttons and not mouse. its kinda annoying doing both at the same time
Just out of curiosity based on the crewmate mode post what will crewmate mode be? Like a survival challenge or just a thing to do tasks? I get that it takes time and stuff but im not sure why people are so intent on a mode that most people who play among us leave if they get the role? Also, I figured at first this game was kinda like an impostor simulator or at least thats what I used it for when I had terrible luck. Anyways it will be interesting to see what crewmate mod will be like when it comes out

Once you do, maybe take or break, or call the game finished. or maybe some bug fixes here and there and leave the game with your final update. leaving satisfied knowing you have created the perfect single player version of among us! Good luck!
Yeah I think crewmate mode and maybe... im not asking for much... an easy to make voting screen. Then you can take a long break until your fans ask for something else.
