Quirk: Half and Half (Of Sharp Vision and Absorption)
Sharp Vision: Her purple (right) eye can split things like a laser.
Absorption: Her pink (left) eye can absorb the energy from other's Quirks and turn them it into her own energy.
Course: Doesn't go to UA.
Villain or Hero?: A villain
Villain/Hero name: Laser Beam (Pretty cheesy, I know ;-;)
Relationships: o.o (you can debate this, i guess)
Also, if she opens both eyes at the same time, it makes her laser's aim less accurate.

my sister was running with a pencil and I was chasing her to get it back cuz she isnt aloud to have and she tripped and poked herself in the eyelid
Idk if it went through the eyelid and poked a hole in her eye or not-
My mom and friend are going to the hospital and I have no idea what to do ;-;

Despite having wings, Chigans can not fly because of their weight but are very good at jumping.
Chigans eat fish and meat.
Despite being 7 feet tall and having a heavy build, Chigans are very friendly, sweet and mean no harm.
Chigans are also big babies and easily scared and will cry if you make fun of them.
