Twitter Story Pythonbot for AWS

Sadly, I spent the whole jam refactoring my AWS engineering and none of it improving the storytelling algorithm, which isn't really the intention of ProcJam, but it was valuable professional experience for me anyway.

The project can be reproduced and reused (and I give you permission to do so) but don't expect it to be totally self-explanatory and work first time; you will need to understand what's happening and sort out some of your own AWS resources (e.g. the lambda deployment zip and the Secrets Manager secret)
