While this isn't proven and I haven't gotten pictures of changes, I can confirm games in the Recent games section sort of pop in later a couple minutes-hours after being submitted in-between games that were submitted at the same time.

If this seems a little nebulous or vague, in summary: games that were submitted 4 hours ago aren't appearing at the same time as other games submitted (that did appear) 4 hours ago.
