You should check FNaF out! Especially the first one. Yeah we wanted to go for the same feeling as fnaf but change the theme and mechanics.

Thanks for the in-depth feed back! I'm glad you enjoyed the game.

Sorry about the bugs you encountered, I'll definitely be looking into all of them after the jam ends :) Theres definitely a lot more wonky stuff going on in the browser version I think hahaha

I really really like this submission, the setting and atmosphere are amazing. Those controls remind me of the PS1 days maybe a little too much haha. But yeah it really creeped me out. Only issue is you can walk out of shot in a good few places and get a bit lost, other than that though awesome stuff!

This was awesome, I love how it built tension as the night went on. I didn't manage to beat it but I'll be back to give it another try!

I really liked this submission. Love the whole game in a game mechanic and that skeleton coming along to ruin my strats. The comedy in the voice acting was really good and got a giggle out of me a few times.

I love the style and look of this game and I really hope you carry on developing it further! UI is sleek af and I wish my actual operating system looked that clean haha.

Lots of potential with this game seriously I can see a lot of ways to mess with the player with this style of game :)

Really like this submission. I found it really difficult but that's mainly down to me being impatient and running around constantly haha. Love the lighting and the sound design on those enemies :)

Really nice submission with a nice level of polish! I thought maybe a little easy at first but that last wave really got my blood pumping. I spent most of my playtime looking for the exit as I didn't realize it was wave based until the end, so maybe having a "new wave started" or something like that would clear it up for the player.

Really enjoyed it especially when it got more difficult!

Real stand out submission for me! I really love the mechanic of carrying a ticking horror bomb around. Created a really cool sense of anxiety.

I really loved the look of the game, and the atmosphere got me really creeped out. I have to admit I got stuck after finding the bedroom and had to give up after messing with the beans for longer than I should have hahaha

But yeah really nicely done!

Really nice game and I really like the concept. I haven't seen that in a twin-stick style game before. I think perhaps the player animation for the head pick up and shot could be quicker as they interrupt the flow of the game a tad.

I'd love to see you develop this further as it has the making of something really awesome I think!

This gave me some serious "The Thing" vibes and thats one of my favourite horror films of all time. I really love the concept and the idea of trying to win someone over to survive.

I managed to get through it pretty quickly so maybe just having it last a little longer to watch how things develop with the people over time would be cool. But yeah really nice submission!

Loved the high-speed style chase, scared the life out of me first time. Would love to see the level randomized to add some replayability, but really cool entry!

Thanks for the awesome feedback! A tutorial of some kind will be the first thing we add after the voting period is over :)

Thanks for playing! Glad we got a jump out of you! Thanks for the feedback.

I was a little worried the controls might not be too self explanatory haha. The recharge is the wheel to the right of the light button. You must click on it each time the needle is in the dark area 3 times in a row.

I'll definitely be adding a clearer tutorial after the jam ends.

Hi! This was posted on the discord by the people that are running the jam.

"I would also recommend uploading your game as a free download, however that is not essential! It is always your right to charge for your hard work! However, if you're looking to win any voting categories, charging for your game will significantly decrease your chances of winning. Perhaps you don't care about getting votes, which is also fine!"

Thanks! So little sleep, and our artist got some severe hand cramp but it was worth it! We had a lot of fun :)
