Unfortunately the current architecture of the app can generate a large volume of requests to our API if you have a large number of items installed. This can trigger our DDOS protection and temporarily block you from accessing the site. The next version of the app will have some modified update logic to prevent the excess requests. In the meantime, if you are struggling accessing the site you can quit the app, or try uninstalling content you don’t have. Sorry for the inconvenience.
