Hello. Just curious what the situation is with payouts. I have one that's about to be been in review for 13 days in just a few hours, and another one that's been in review for 8 days. After imposing those retroactive payout fees out of the blue we were told we'd see a reduction in the amount of time payouts would be under review. I am not sure if I noticed much difference because review time can fluctuate (for whatever reason) but I've definitely been having payouts that have been pushing the "please allow 9 to 11 days" to the last possible few hours lately.
