Its not that often a game can make me cry. This is one of those times.

Loved the game, music didn't get on my nerves, the puzzles were difficult.

Ask them here!

*Spoilers*

I like the game, I do have one theory, is the Passiflora decaying supposed to represent the farmer slowly passing away?

Don't let them invade earth is a game where you have to try to stop aliens from invading earth by firing lasers at them before they can get to earth. (art is from assets, credits listed on game page and in the text file).

I think you're right about popular being based off of the games itself.

Hello moderators, how have your days been?

I don't really have to much of a preference, although I will say that whether or not the protagonist should be silent really depends on the game.

I haven't looked at the other games on your account but just by the question itself I'd say that it depends on how big the game is and how much dedication you have to make the game.

A bit late to the party but...

If you have any submissions that are late please comment them here and I will try to get them submitted.

Yes teams are allowed.

Paper Dodger

Paper Dodger is a game where you have to dodge paper airplanes. You gain points by surviving the paper airplanes. Be careful as the planes do get faster during the starting area of the game.

If that interests you then you may want to give it a play: https://mdfry.itch.io/paper-dodger

I think it means electricity.

From what i've read the game jams in the calender are ones that the admins find especially interesting, of course that would mean that a admin would also have to see the jam which may not always happen with interesting game jams.

Edit: please see comment by moderator.

I am holding the first Mdfry's horror jam.

You should join the jam because it will have a unique theme and will challenge its contestants to make a horror game in one week. It is a ranked jam.

For example are stuff like the .slice() or other functions that edit text allowed?

Edit: to add onto this are we allowed to use \ commands like \t or \"?

ok, thank you.

When it comes to using modules are we allowed to use function in the modules, I know that the rules say your own functions but does this ban module functions, for example in python would it be allowed to use a function like math.ceil() or would we only be able to use the modules variables like math.pi?

That makes sense.

While I do realize that your game has since been taken down it appears that the game is browser only and from my understanding the browser cant really save. You would have to use a downloadable version to save.

According to another comment by Eldwood browser games can be saved.

If I remember correctly you need to have a cover picture for your game for it to come up in search, even then I think that it takes some time for it to appear.

After looking up what coyote time was, I agree with you about that, I don't have much of an opinion on double jumping. How do you feel about wall jumping mechanics, if you dont mind me asking?

I liked Paper Mario: Sticker Star.

Thank you for your feedback, I'll admit it needs more levels.

Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for the compliment.

Thank you.

Overall a good game.

Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, I will admit that it could have done with more levels. I did have one more level, which admittedly isn't a lot more, however I gave up on making a tenth level due to what I assume is that my coding was not built all to well for reusing the buttons. Once again thank you for spending time to leave me some great feedback. Also good job on overcoming your anxiety to submit a game.

I've tried porting stuff to html in the past and they always got laggy on my end, I didn't have a way of verifying whether the issue was on my end or not when my game was submitted, I will try to at least make html ports for future projects. Thank you for the suggestion, I will try to port to html along with the downloadable files in the future incase it works better for others than it does with me.

Good game, I like the idea.

My game does have some bugs, but is still playable:
