Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thank you! Yeah, it's my first time making a game like this with elevated difficulty so it was a struggle to find a balance.

Thanks for the kind words!

Thank you for playing!

Thanks!

Thank you! The eyes following is my fav part too lol

Thank you! I really appreciate it.

It was the first time I made something like this so there’s a lot I can improve on. But I’m happy you enjoyed it.

Yeah totally. I'm an artist that is trying to learn how to dev so I struggle with elevating the in-game graphics to what I can do with a static image. But I'm learning new techniques every jam.  Thanks for the feedback.

Thank you!

lol thank you

Thank you!

Great job! The movement feels great and I had fun knocking the other pucks into the hole.
Awesome work.

Using the two common movement keys together was a bit of a mind twist. I kept trying to move with WASD and then fire with the arrow keys. lol
Interesting concept and I think it has potential.

Thank you for the feedback!

This game is so charming!
I really liked flying around collecting the fireflies. Very neat concept.

Thank you!
The eyes in the background are my fav part. lol

Ya, I ran out of time to really flesh something out for the bullet sfx so I threw in some audio from a package I bought years ago.
It was the only sound that was in the right range where I could hear a bullet going off and not mistake it for an environment noise.
I def need to get my hands on new sfx's.
Thanks for the feedback!

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback.
I shot you a friend request on discord. I'm curious what the issue is with the menus.

Thank you for the kind words!

Thank you for the feedback!
Yes, I def need to add a pause screen that lets you change the audio volume. There's options for it at the main menu, but it would be helpful to have it accessible during game play.

Thank you for the feedback.
Yes it was a challenge trying to balance the game colors so the player and bullets wouldn't get lost in the background.
I didn't make it easy on myself by also having the backgrounds be animated. If I had more time I'd like to experiment with shaders and vfx, but I'm excited to learn more next time.

Thanks! Yeah I really wanted the player to hit the ground running.
Nothing too complicated. Just point and shoot.

Thank you!
If I have the time I'll def check out the bullet hell jam.

Thank you for the kind words!
It was a rush trying to get everything done in time. I'm learning as I go when it comes to game deving, so I feel like it takes me double the time to figure out how code things.

Thanks for playing!

Yeah, I'm not a fan of bullet hells either, but I got this idea stuck in my head of making a game about the final boss.
Then I added the ring bullet and it took off from there.
Yes, I'm really loving godot so far! I'm a newbie game dev that started out trying to learn unity, but it kind of goes over my head.
Godot does a good job of simplifying things. I always say if I can do it, anybody can. lol

Thank you so much!

Our composers are super talented. They really elevate the game play experience.

Ah, I was! My bad. I've been reading that others are also having issues with firefox and forgot to make the connection.
See, I was too invested in playing the game lol

Absolutely loved it! All the micro animations were super cute and engaging and I just loved tossing my coworkers. lol

Ok, I spent way too long playing this. Awesome game. The laser sound effect got stuck and kept playing when I used the laser too close to the tower.

I really enjoyed playing this. It took me a minute to realize what I was suppost to do, but I found myself playing it for a while. A mini map or a way to zoom out would be nice. I kept wanting to pull the camera back so I could see the area better. But I had fun playing it. Great job.

Very cool environment.
The player controls were a bit tricky to grasp, but I could just be bad at it. lol

I had a hard time at the start there, but I really like the design.
Tho I suggest changing the highlight font to something other than yellow. I can't read it on my monitor whenever words were yellow over the white speech bubble.

Wow, I really enjoyed this! Love the leveling up aspect and the art was top notch.

Yeah I like the concept, but every time I hit 'alt' it changes my browser. It might be better to keybind to something different.
