I agree with comments below where it would be interesting to see how the choices we made will impact the character's life down the road.

That was the most intense boss battles!

I am not sure what happened, but when I started the game I can go through the intro where you have a few arts, and then it is pitch black. I retried three times. It consistently ends in a black screen after the intro.

I love how Dino is the Link archetype hero in this game!

One of the most fun games I have played on itch.io! I love how simplistic and yet challenging it is!

The game was fun for the "over-the-top" shooting genre. I feel the game lack story or content. One confusing thing was when I teleported out of the area to the garden-looking map. I was not sure what I was supposed to accomplish on that map.

It is pretty fun and old-school. I love it.

It is pretty decent and fun. Although, one thing I don't like is how the X key for suicide when it right next to the C key for tossing a torch. I find myself committing suicide from time to time when things get intense. I suggest having the key bind suicide to the key on the right side of the keyboard, like the L key.

what game engine did you developed this in? I am inclining toward UE 5 due to photorealistic materials. I want to know if I am right. It is scary af, ngl.

This game has a stunning design. Unfortunately, I cannot venture further due to a bug where you press E to toggle the switch, except nothing is happening. I even tried the desktop version after the web browser and still got the same result. Also, the sudden return to the main menu after seemingly killed instant with no feedback of getting hurt or indicating that I died is confusing. The last thing is when I jumped pretty high as I fell a little deep, and then I saw the sprite get stuck right inside the ground from the beginning. If you can update your game with the correct configuration build for the web & desktop as I would be happy to play them, I feel miss out. : )

The game's overall design is pretty sweet. One feedback to give is to tweak gravity to a tiny bit lower to allow me to relax when I jump because I become anxious after doing it for a while. It seems to be breaking my ability to stay immersed in the game. Other than that, I do have a goal to attain. To slay that skeleton I keep seeing deep down in the dungeon.

I love the actual interconnected design of your level, giving the true meaning of Metroidvania, and the fact you lose everything after death like RogueLike is like icing on the cake. Such a beautiful visual; it definitely has me imagining the sound that goes with it. Just one small piece of feedback, maybe either lessen the video shake a little or add a control where we increase or decrease the intensity of the video shake.

The overall game feels entertaining, and the puzzles are pretty challenging. The only feedback I would give is if your character's Rigidbody2d hasn't used "continuous" for collision detection mode yet, then I would recommend it for the speedy character. Yet again, such an entertaining game!

Love the overall of the game, was bit confusing at first but I got the hang of it.

the mechanics you have put together is amazing! Also, I love the physics for jump glide and cloth.

The game feels pretty solid overall. Honestly, it very impressive you are able to build all of this in few days!!

As my co-creator of The Mighty Oak said, I have added a hotfix to prevent the teleportation around the area. So far, it has been working on my end. Hopefully, that goes the same for everyone else.

Thank you! That is the goal of that design. : D
