Yeah! Honestly I think it's fine to use AI for pose references or just general ideas & concepts to get you started on a referenced piece but it's irritating when people try to publish ai work as... an artist's work. And again there are literally people posting ai assets on here and expecting money in exchange for them, bro if I wanted your ai piece that bad I'd literally generate it myself and make tiny tweaks in GIMP or Photoshop, it'd take me barely any time just like it took you barely any. There's no way these people are fr like "these ai generated images took me 60 hours please pay me" and deadass serious about it. Half the AI shit I saw while looking is priced higher than actual artist's work, too. If you're gonna post AI assets at least make them free.

Yeah, it's annoying as hell. I'm an illustrator and concept artist so I have several portfolios I keep updated andI have to see the whole thing of people trying to pretend that AI generated stuff was something they took a year to draw a lot. I still have a deviant art account for some reason as well( just because I've had it for a very long time I guess) and it's by far the worst there. Seems like over two thirds of the site are AI generated scams. At least places like Artstation seem to be dealing with it fairly well, but I don't know how varied are the assets you can buy there, since it's not the primary purpose of that site.
