Love the visual polish on this game, crazy to think it was done by one person! Well executed and really do wish you had had the time for combat and grappling, but for a solo developed project this is nuts!

Well done!

okay hold up this is actually insane. super polished, sfx nice, art reminds me of oldschool runescape (very good)

game was wayy too short tho (not bad)

i would definitely suggest updating after the jam and making a full steam release

ima follow you so i can get notifications for updates, keep going, you got this!

WOW! this is super polish the music and sound give a tremendous a atmosphere. A lot of little details that enriches the experience greatly.

Great world you've created, love the cinematic approach. Wish there was some combat elements or some kind of puzzle mechanic to get a full sense of your vision. The movement felt a little bit clumsy but the overall feeling was amazing for the time limit. I can appreciate all the work you did for the UI flow, dialog, camera, sound design, etc. and the awesome character design. Can't wait to see more.

I love the sound effects and the art design! I can feel the mystery in it, and the running and jumping felt pretty smooth, though the gameplay itself felt a bit bland. Still, it's amazing that you managed to create such a well polished game in such a short amount of time, congrats!

Great art, SFX, cinematics even. What I missed in my video commentary is that the pause menu shows some attack and tether instructions. Still could not do it - was this unfinished? I would have loved to have seen your attempt at the connection theme with the tether over the cinematic checkpoint activation.

Ah yes, the features were incomplete, but I already have the animations just lying around. I just got sucked into asset creation and other stuff and ran out of time and even energy. I'm happy of the output still.
And the cinematics didn't take me that long to create actually, I think playtesting was the culprit, I fooled around the map when the hero was finally able to move, couldn't help myself to just play... But yeah, I'll definitely add the grappling feature soon, it'll be like Batman in the Arkham games. Anyway, greatly appreciate the video, this will help a lot. 😃

The character looks cool and love the cutscenes. Character might be a little stiff when walking, but the sprint feels nice. Good job.

Good graphics,Great UI and animations, awesome level design ,but whenever i pressed some controls it didn't work

Graphics, UI and sound is great. Controls well. Traversal feels good and is pretty forgiving.

I couldn't move the dude at first, seems gamepad conflicts with keyboard movement.

That was almost unbelievably polished for being made in such short period! The cinematics, the detailed models and animations... Also, the fantastical design really reminded me of a Darksiders style platformer. Or maybe it was just the awesome hood!

I did notice a couple bugs (which you probably already know about, but I'll let you know anyway)
- The shooting guys would only shoot in one direction, no matter which way they were facing
- Retriggering a checkpoint would snap the camera to look up before snapping back for the beam activation

Really nice work on this. Keep up the solo game dev!

Had a lot of fun! With a bit more mechanics to spice it up it can be even better.

I really liked how the cutscenes were done, the audio, and artwork. The controls felt good other than a very high sensitivity for the camera. Other than that I had fun playing the game, good job on it!

Great art and beautiful environment. A relaxing experience, even with the shooting robots.

Really fun, has a lot of potential!

Thought this was really well made, a shame there wasn't more to play. The art and music was really good. Controls a tiny bit off, but definately playable!
