The characters that are listed in the road map above are not currently in the game but if things go according to the road map, they may be in the game by the end of the month. Until then, please be patient.
I believe that when the game is complete, you will have to pay around $8 USD/1000 yen for the game full game, but Mofu has stated in the past they'd also like to offer/ look into a free version, which may just be the game with reduced content.
Mofu-san is also open to suggestion/feedback from the players as long as they are within reason/doable.
