and I get 60 fps with ultra setting and with rtx i feel like i am playing on a nintendo switch

I have rtx 3060 ti i recommend that gpu
Not the best game for my potato laptop
I have a Quadro T400 along with an Intel Core i5-9400F, as well as 16GB of RAM, and handles on medium settings in a decent FPS, and on high ones, drawdowns begin.
rtx 3060:
low - 175 fps
medium - 120 fps
high - 105 fps
ultra - 100 fps
ultra + rtx - 30-35 fps
