Hey, I've been trying to play gacha apps but it never works because my files are made into "swf" files and I cannot open any of my downloads, do you think anyone can help me get these files opened?
I can't get on the second page of the hats, and sometimes the jackets lag out and I can't get on that either. It completely kicks me off the app and makes me restart making my OC. Please fix this!! Other than that, I love it. If it can't be fixed, can someone help me out?

Hey i downloaded and im on macOs but it saying when i open the file "this file is not supported on macOs" and I did download the mac zip
It said something like 'there was a problem receiving the package' please help
