So I got an Andriod but whenever I try to install the mod it says App not installed. I have already deleted gacha Neon and Gacha Ultra. Is there a way to fix it

How do I open it in files because I have an iPhone 11?
it won't work on iPhones, I'm pretty sure. The Apple icon is there to say it works for Mac computers, not all Apple devices.
