Going to fanboy a bit here. I stumbled across Once in a Lifetime in a Reddit post and loved it. When I saw that you had another game in development, I just knew I had to try it. And I have to say my high expectations have been exceeded!
It is clear you spent a lot more time on the technical aspects of the game. The environments, models, and textures are great, and I am loving the increased use of animations outside of the H-scenes. The music choices are inspired. The writing has improved as well. I thought you could never top Stabby Mike and Hiromi’s lines, but Chang, Chop-Chop and Jerry have me crying from laughter. The women themselves feel more fleshed out in their personalities too.
And I just have to say, you might have one of the best spins on a Ready Player One-style universe that I have ever seen. No joke, I probably like it better than the source material. Less fetishization of 80s nostalgia and a more realistic depiction of what people would use VR worlds for (a ton of sex stuff). And you actually make the outside world enjoyable! Lots of books show people using VR to escape a terrible reality rather than a fun place to explore human creativity like you do.
You have earned one more Patreon supporter, and I can’t wait to play the rest of the game! Oh and by the way, if you are interested in reading more VR literature, one book I always recommend to people is Permutation City by Greg Egan. The ending kind of drags, but the ideas explored in it are fascinating.

She's a character you meet briefly while playing Eternum for the first time with Annie. Try replaying that section and choose to explore when Annie leaves you alone for a bit.

Yes. Every time I reach the section I mentioned, at least 3 of the choices lead to errors. Ignoring them advances past the choices without letting me choose. I'll play through to that point again and get some screenshots
Make sure you've first extracted the files with WinRAR or something similar. After that it should be as simple as launching the game from the folder. Are you using PC or Android?
when i first played once in a life time i was hooked instantly even tho the mc was abit goofy looking it was by far the best vn i played then when that game ends he announces his next game eternum and promises that its gonna be bigger and better than the last game and oh boy did he deliver this is in my top 1 spot and iv played alot of these games its currently fighting with UL for top spot (aka uncontrolble lust for those who aint played it check it out its a great game) UL may not be as big or as flashy as this game but it got everything you could want if ur into an alpha mc who dont take no shit and just all around bad ass, great story, amazing cast, and a sprinkle of netori for those NTR haters like me but love the sub genre of it good ole netori. man netori should really have its own tag, anyway keep up great work dev love both your games cant wait for next release, hope we find out what 100% compatibilty really means, cuz im sure he can use his powers outside the game or atleast some of them cuz they way he dogded asshole axel football kinda reminded me of when he first grabbed the arrow in mid air

5 days later I finished Once in a Lifetime. And i came to this game hoping that the quality will keep it up...
Oh... i didn't had the FUCKING idea.
For those who played Once in a Lifetime: Think of OiaL. But, the unfunny jokes (in my opinion) vanished and only the good ones kept, the image quality risen out of the charts, some non-sexual scenes gained quality animation, some scenes got voice acting, UI is better, the cenaries are so much more vivid and well designed, the places are more variated, and the story is better. Story: The same feeling of OiaL, but, with more vivid "story arcs" and better characters. Speaking of that, they are gems. In the first game, they are very good, likable and distinct, what made the overall experience so fucking great. In this game, everything you learned to love about OiaL gets so much better. Personally, Luna is the best example. We are in 0.4 and Luna hadn't ONE sex scene. But, instead, we have: • Sweet interactions. • A sad but relatable past. • Believable and lovable reactions. • Great relevance for the plot to the beggining until now. Nova is another great exemple. My heart melted, like, three times when I pat her head, and she is one of the most skilled and relevant characters from all the game, so, EVEN WHEN OiaL had great characters, this game takes it one step further for real.
For those who are playing this as their first game: Don't. Please, play Once in a Lifetime at first. You will not regret it. Eternum are getting updates along the way, so, don't rush it as i did (you will miss Eternum for so much long). Play the finished game (OiaL), and, after, if you want to suffer after playing one of the most brillhant and beautiful AVN out there (because you will be waiting for more updates to come), play Eternum.
Notes: The ending of 0.4 surprised me, but, makes sense what happened. Maybe one of the game endings will envolve choosing between allying or not with him, as like in OiaL. Alex scene is SO FUCKING GREAT. JESUS. The song choice combined with the beauty of her model and the dialogue, as much as ALMOST turned into a cliche, gave to the scene a amazing feeling of wildness and lust. Dalia is also great, but, Alex is another level.
When the game finishes, I am going to pay it for sure. For now, i am left in the desert, eagerly waiting to play the 0.5 version. Thanks for the experience.
