If you want to play with out mixed reality you jut delete the dll for mixed reality named "WindowsMRXRSDK.dll" in the plugins folder in the _Data folder. Hope this helps!!!
go into folder and right click hit extract all then when done go into the folder and double click the one that says the name and with the picture then boom, you can even make it a short cut
Oculus App. Get that and plug in the Oculus Link cable into your computer (you need to have a motherboard that support USB Type - C at the back) . Have Steam VR open in the backround and have fun.

Only way to play it is virtual desktop or quest link u could also get a long cord that is usb c to usb c into your pc
