People still have some time to submit a game...but I really hope I'm not one of the only submissions.  Was hoping to see some things made by others and how they utilized the AI aspects.  Sometimes itch.io bans accounts if they suspect foul play in general.  Looks like the usernames themselves got banned, probably spamming submissions in numerous places or something.

Thank you for the comment

Yeah sorry. I did the build so people could see the intent but couldn't finish it in time. Hadn't done one with these mechanics so I was doing new pathing logic and ran out of time. Maybe next go!

Thank you for the comment.

I enjoyed playing your games.  Thanks for the ratings on mine and looking forward to more jams.
In the future I will think twice about using straight AI generated assets like art and music.  Spent time getting the game working the way I wanted  but I should've gotten more effective art and music figured out.

Ultimately, you have to do what you feel comfortable with.

Rarely do any AI companies share their data sources.  The way I think of it is...Don't ask for a specific artists' style or give it examples to copy.  Don't give trademarked character names, and if you're worried about it, do a reverse image search using tineye or similar to verify it's not a close copy.  If you're specific in your prompts, your response will be so specific that it's just yours.  It's extremely unlikely someone will get the same thing if you're specific enough in the context of your conversation. For example, here's "A visual novel scene with a detective standing in the rain looking at a body on the ground in front of a hotel".  That's quite specific, but you can get far more specific to be more...thematic.  I would recommend that you work on putting your story in and make whatever program you're using familiar.  Then try to get images that match your story with really long prompts that make it hard to be copies of something already out there.

Thank you for playing.

Thanks for the comment and giving it a try.  I feel like you should have an easier time rating the art and music if you don't like AI generated assets...But the rules do not state to Not use them, so it's up to you how you'd like to rate it.

Hey this plays pretty decent.  Enjoyed playing for a while. Combinations can be difficult to get going in some instances, but that just adds to the fun.

I had a lot of issues with movement, like it didn't want to register directions via WASD as instructed, but I launched around quite a bit and that mechanic was do-able.

Chillax tree farmer game.  I enjoyed playing it, and think it would be pretty chill over time to play more and have more to do like expand the farm, put in a sprinkler upgrade, etc.

Nice looking environment, but I didn't see anything to actually do in it yet.

I enjoyed your game.  I think the 5 minutes is a long level, personally, but that's probably more preference than anything else.  Nice submission and might come back and play longer to get more upgrades.

Finished the game, enjoyed the concept and the idea behind a lazy lumberjack just running back with whatever and trying to stop it, lol.

Game plays pretty well in the motion and everything, besides Wood being made from Trees, I don't quite get the theme connection, but maybe I missed it.  I like the gameplay though.  I do wish there was a pause screen of some kind.  Or if there was, I missed it. I hit Escape once thinking it would bring up a menu and it closed the executable.

Interesting game!  Took me a bit to get the combat flow, but once I did it can be quite an interesting concept.

Nicely made and well polished.  I felt that the jumping around the platforms was a bit annoying at times since in games like this you can often jump through them, but nonetheless it's just a preference thing and the game plays really well.  Nice submission.

Nice game, plays pretty well.  Did have several times where resetting a level seemed...well - luck more than anything else, because I'd be fighting the screen/shift and in full screen it acted odd, but in the context of the game jam and getting this to work like it does is real nice.  It's fun, thanks.

Nice concept.  I felt like I couldn't get them to follow the flags consistently (I was playing as blue), but it did generally work otherwise.  I felt like I was more-so watching than playing at times, at least as Blue.

Played for a while but I did feel that it was a lot of waiting. A tutorial might have helped to understand the ecosystem a bit more.

Nice game.  The controls seemed a bit strange in that they aren't near each other, but at least it states them on the screen when actually required.  Fun to play the puzzles.

Strange, I've tried it on multiple browsers but all Windows/Android.  I can upload an executable version. Ah, never mind.  I can't upload more formats during the jam.  Sorry.

Thank you for giving it a try and the comment. Air could definitely be a bit better with timings.

Thank you for trying it out and the comment.

Nice job! Thank you for the comment.

Thanks for giving it a go and the comment! I will take a look at those collisions post jam.

I enjoy your game!

I think I kinda stink at it, but the parrying works great when the timing is right.

Without warning from the shots about to happen - it's just real hard to actually take out the enemies if there's over 5 or so.

Game plays great!  I think it works really well and the sound is good.  The difficulty progression is there.  Nice job

WHAT DID I JUST WITNESS?  Nice start to a mystery, lol.

Yeah I think maybe showing it at the start might have helped and then having the elf always available to go revisit like you had.

Read the other comment, too.  Thank you for responding!

Nice game. I didn't understand what shooting the presents really did at first - but I had to learn fast!  I enjoyed the way things progressed in difficulty and thought it was a good use of the theme/object.

Well this is very game-and-watchy.  I enjoyed playing it.  The time to hit is REAL SHORT, at least in my opinion.  Perhaps if it started with a little more time and kind of ramp up to less time and seeing that you can't just hit all of them since some have friendlies you really shouldn't hit.  Nice one though!
